SunDestin Beach Resort is currently undergoing exterior construction around the property. Amenities remain open and fully available for guest use aside from the splash pad.

Please be aware that construction activity may result in noise between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM daily. We want to ensure you're informed in advance so you can plan your stay accordingly.

Parking in the main lot may be limited, especially after hours. Each one- and two-bedroom condo is allowed one vehicle only. Any additional cars will need to park in the overflow lot across the street.

We’re excited to welcome you to SunDestin Beach Resort! The Scenic stays team is always available at the 24 hour front desk, and the property has tons of amenities. Some of them include outdoor and indoor pools (heated seasonally), an outdoor hot tub, a sauna, steam room, and fitness center, plus many more! Additional seasonal amenities include a splash pad, a tiki bar, and beach chair and umbrella rentals (fee). Sundestin will quickly become your favorite Destin escape.

SunDestin 405 is a comfortable one-bedroom condo with hall bunks that sleeps six comfortably.  When you walk in, you’ll find a large master bedroom with a king-sized bed, plus one and a half bathrooms for guest convenience. The kitchen is fully equipped and updated with stainless steel appliances. It opens up directly to the living and dining rooms with plenty of seating. Step onto the balcony to overlook the outdoor pool and get the best views of the Gulf of Mexico. Sit back, relax, and enjoy the glistening waters below. Along with the king bed in the master, the condo offers a queen-sized sofa bed in the living room and twin sized bunks in the hall, so it sleeps up to six guests.

Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.

Please note that La Dolce Vita is the beach service vendor for this property. While beach service rentals are not included in your stay, you can easily contact them directly for all your rental needs.

Find tons of shopping and dining just east of Sundestin Beach Resort at Destin Commons (four miles away). Big Kahuna’s Water Park and The Track are both less than a mile away and plenty of watersports can be found at the Destin harbor just four miles west.
