Upon entering, you'll be greeted by a chic and sophisticated interior adorned with contemporary furnishings and high-tech features. Sink into plush sofas in the main living area or step out onto the spacious deck.

The heart of our home lies in the expansive professionally landscaped yard – a rare find in Del Mar – offering ample space for outdoor relaxation and recreation. Unwind by the exterior fireplace, fire up the grill for a barbecue, or sip cocktails at the outdoor bar while basking in the California sunshine.

Inside, each bedroom boasts its own private balcony, ensuring breathtaking views and serene moments of contemplation. The primary suite is a tranquil retreat with its own en-suite bathroom and King bed. The two guest rooms are furnished with a King and a Queen bed, and the bonus room offers a sofa bed for additional accommodations. while the remaining bedrooms offer comfort and style for your entire group.

For added convenience, the garage has been thoughtfully converted into a den equipped with a TV and pull-out couches, providing additional sleeping space or a cozy spot for movie nights.

Things To Note About This Property:
- Stays of 30 nights or longer are managed by (Property Management) (DRE 02215202) and are subject to additional lease terms.
- Maximum occupancy of 8, sleeps 6 people in beds and 2 in a sofa bed (2 King beds, 1 Queen bed, and 1 Sofa Bed)
- The home requires the navigation of stairs, with multiple stories as well as several stairs to access the beach.
- This property enforces a No Smoking policy, both within and outside the home - NO EXCEPTIONS
- This home is located in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no-tolerance policy around loud noise, excessive drinking that is disruptive to neighbors, over-occupancy, and parties. Violations of this policy will result in deposit forfeitures and/or evictions that are strictly enforced.

If I (WE) cancel our reservation more than 60 days prior to the occupancy date, the deposit is fully refundable minus a $350 cancellation fee and 4% credit card processing fee. If I (WE) cancel 60 days or less prior to the occupancy date, PSP will make every attempt to re-book my (OUR) Reservation. If PSP re-rents the property for the week of my (OUR) reservation at full price, I (WE) will receive a refund equal to 100% of the total paid minus a $350 cancellation fee and 4% credit card processing fee (if applicable). If necessary, PSP may re-rent the property for the week of my (OUR) reservation at a discounted rate in order to secure a last minute reservation. In this case, I (WE) will receive a refund equal to the newly discounted rate minus a $350 cancellation fee and 4% credit card processing fee (if applicable). If PSP is unable to re-rent the property for the week of my (OUR) reservation and the cancellation occurred 60 days or less prior to the occupancy date, the deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations to multi-week reservations are subject to the same policy, however a 10% cancellation fee of the total rental rate, and 4% credit card processing fee (if applicable). Partial cancellations to reservations of one calendar month or longer that result in a night count that is less than one full calendar month are subject to Transient Occupancy tax, in addition to the policies outlined above.

This home is perfect for casual beach living with the family and ideal for throwing a party. Which I do every year for my birthday. The large patio/deck off the living room and kitchen is awesome for dining or just sitting around having a cocktail. This was our second year and have reserved it again for 2016. The ocean breezes that flow through the house are wonderful. The large side yard is perfect for games of corn hole and more. And Tanys from PS Platinum makes sure every detail is attended to during our stay. This is the perfect beach house!"

Overall, the house was well-appointed. The furniture in the main room was pretty, but not very comfortable. The master bed was appropriately a king, but the two additional rooms were only doubles, thus accommodating only one person per room. For the price, I think the house should have slept more than four . . . the downstairs pull-out was not an option. My main complaint was that the garbage from the previous renters was never removed from the property and no trash bags were left to accommodate our trash during the week. "
