Very nice, clean, easy access to beach, condo 312 at the Inn was fully furnished with anything needed. The ONLY negative was no umbrellas around the pool as it was very hot."

"Perfect View
Dauphin Island is the perfect beach destination for our family. We love the Inn and it’s location.312 wasn’t the best fit for us and I have discussed that with management via phone. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but we’ll try a different unit next time. 206 was great last year, but not large enough to accommodate our family this year."

"Family Vacation
This is an amazing place. The condo is better than the pictures. It is very spacious and a short walk to the beach. There were 7 people in our party and we had plenty of room. The kitchen was furnished and I loved the washer/dryer. The pools are kid friendly and the beach was never crowded. We love this place. Definitely would stay again. Every time I called the property manager I got an immediate response. "

Stayed at The Inn At Daulphin for the past 2yesrs. Love the location and the Inn. Quiet and clean property. Our unit was very well supplied and decorated nicely. The only thing it needed was a good dusting overall such as the doors, ceiling fans and headboard. "

"Miss It Already
First visit to Dauphin Island. Can't imagine a better, more comfortable or convenient location for our next trip. All around comfort, great view. Bed's comfortable, kitchen well equipped, exceptionally clean upon arrival, great location on island, friendly staff. Hope to return to this location upon our next beach trip. Already recommended it to friends. Will not plan on visiting during Spring Break weeks. Restaurants were crowded but the food was delicious."

"Great location but needs a deep cleaning!
Location was fantastic! Enjoyed the 2 pools and private beach access. Condo needs a thorough deep cleaning. There was dust and filth on base of the bathtubs, stuff splattered all over bathroom door in master bathroom, and tons of dust and dirt under couch when pulled couch bed out. Also needs more wash cloths, we had to wash every day just to have enough daily."

The condo could have been cleaner. Pet hair was an issue. I hated that the a/c units are right by the the balcony so you can’t hear the waves.
On a good note, the view is beautiful and the two pools are nice."

We had another great stay at the Inn property is well maintained as usual. Unit 312 was nice but could use some improvement. The sofa is very worn, master bedroom could use a dresser instead of the entertainment armoire and kitchen was not very well stocked. But overall very nice.

"A beautiful location for a wedding!
Staff was very friendly and helpful. The condo was clean and comfortable with a beautiful view of the gulf. We were on the island for an April wedding and enjoyed riding bikes, walking through the bird sanctuary and swimming in the heated pool. Loved the island!"

Clean and well stocked.Furniture in living room needs replaced especially the couch.I would like to see lounge chairs on the deck so we could relax with a cup of coffee in the morning.I did see I think maybe a lillle mold on sliding glass is small but not important in living room.I would give it a B+ and would stay at this condo again."

"Great Stay!
The Inn was a very easy and convenient stay. We had to check in late but they made it very intuitive and we didn’t have any issues. Our stay went very well, the condo was in great shape and we never ran into to any issues. I would highly recommend staying here and will definitely be going back!"

The unit furnishings need repair and replacement. The mattress in master suite is old and the frame and box springs are noisy even if you just turn over in the bed. The sofa is falling apart. I would throw away some of the pots and pans. The grills were dirty. Seating on balcony was uncomfortable - not like furniture pictured.
When other guests violated pool area rules (boombox, glass bottles) staff could have cared less when asked to address the issues.
I've stayed here before. I'll not return a 3rd time.

"April birthday vacation
This was a really beautiful condo. Just the right size for us, adult son, wife and 2 small children. Really liked the small size of the building. Not overcrowded. First stay on Dauphin Island and would definitely go back. Beautiful white beaches, very wide! Long boardwalk, longer than I usually have to water's edge, but could still see beach and ocean from balcony. Beautifully decorated. Little dirty under some furniture; we had to move some to look for lost toys! But overall very clean. One renter commented on the noise of the air conditioner/compresser. He was right! They are all located next to the balcony in every unit! So you can't hear the ocean. Loved the small size of the complex and the uncrowded beach. Would definitely go back."

"Great Vacation
We had a very nice vacation! The heater in the pool was broken but was fixed before the week was over. Unit 312 was nice and had everything needed for a nice vacation including fully equipped kitchen for cooking meals. "

This is our go-to vacation spot. Great facilities and management. Even though it was spring break for the public school kids in Mobile and Baldwin Counties, the beach was not overly crowded. Really love this place!"

It was a very nice place for a reunion with my brother for a few days of surf fishing and swimming at the pool. If you are older like we are, prepare for a very long walk to the beach. Bring a beach wagon to haul your stuff! View is very nice one you get use to the oil rigs off shore. They are actually quit pretty at night with the flames shooting out of there methane stacks. The town shuts down at 9pm or earlier so make sure if you are eating out you do not stay on the beach too late! Lol. The rates seem to be reasonable. "

We just had alot a fun has a good location ,you can see the dolphins playing around from the kids loved that..the only 3 things I didn't like about this condominium it's the toaster is kind a old, didn't work well.They need to upgrade the toaster for big families.A better coffe maker too it would be nice(keurig).The laundry smells like stinky feets.everything else is good..."
