"Beautiful,quiet and relaxing
Check in was easy. The gate code was changed the day before we left but a phone call got us in. The condo was spacious. Lots of room for 4 adults and 2 children. The deck was spacious and overlooking a spectacular view from the third floor. The kitchen was as expected with more than enough dishes, pans etc. tv and internet were all good. The pools were nice and never over crowded. We did a sunset cruise which was wonderful. We toured Fort Morgan which was interesting. We took a trip on the Ferry over to Orange beach(get there early to get a spot). Nice little gift shops and eating places within walking distance. There is a beautiful walking trail/ bird sanctuary near by. Traffic was never bad. We would definitely return. One of my favorite beaches!"

The location was great, the room was spacious and clean, met all of our needs for our week stay with adults and children.
The pool area could use a restroom close by instead of having to go back up to the room every time but overall it was great and we would stay here again."

Very good experience. Clean, very roomy rental. Family of four plus one of the kids friends stayed for 5 nights. Enough room for some quiet time when needed. Location on the beech with restaurants and shops right across the street was ideal.

"Nice condo. Grade “C”for Housekeeping
This condo was super nice and fit our two families perfectly but if I was in charge I would be firing a housekeeper. A 1/2 inch of dust on all ceiling fans, moldy shower curtains, mold around the rim of the granite on kitchen sink, nasty kitchen utensil drawers, dirty rugs that stink, fingerprints everywhere among other things. It’s not hard to do a deep clean every six months and especially during a pandemic. My daughter stayed at Holiday Isle the following weekend after we were at this one and said it was way cleaner. FYI. I’m sure the owner of this property would be disappointed. The cleaning fee is definitely overrated on this property. "

We got there Wednesday it rained off & on for 4 days. But the condo was spacious & clean with all amenities
One thing we disliked was the 10 am checkout. That's way too early. Should be At least noon since we are vacationing & getting up early enough to complete checkout protocol is crazy"

Awesome location on the beach. It was great having the beach just a short distance from our rental. We loved looking out at the gulf from our balcony.

We were very pleased with everything about this property, clean& well furnished.
The staff were extremely helpful and very friendly.
To name Improvements I would suggest, one is the dryer, the other being the patio table . After cleaning the lint filter before use and vacuuming the vent below, it still took extremely long to dry.
The table (very cute fish shape) is very wobbly."

Stayed in 308. Everything was awesome except the master bedroom mattress. It was old, about 4 inches thick with one of those cheap egg crate foam toppers. The owners really need to change it. Otherwise the place was great. Very very spacious. Very reasonably priced. I’d stay again in a second if they got a new mattress. "

"Great fit for us!
This condo was a great fit for our family. Having a restroom for every bedroom made everyone more comfortable.
Spacious condo with a great view. Short walk to the beach. We enjoyed relaxing there during rainy days.
The only negative was there were some electrical outlets that didn't work but we worked around it and the coffee pot didn't work the first two mornings. Response time when we called the issues in was slow (called on Monday morning and no one responded until the afternoon on the second day after a second phone call)."

"Dauphin Island Beach Club July 2016 family vacation.
Since 2002 we've been to Dauphin Island 7 times. We've stayed at Inn at Dauphin Island and Dauphin Island Beach Club each time. We've never been disappointed with the condos or the the staff. We love our stays here and I always recommend to friends. We will probably be back next summer!"

"A great stay
We really enjoyed our first vacation on Dauphin Island. It was such a quaint laid back place to visit. It was great to get away from the hustle and bustle of life and just enjoy the island. We are used to visiting more commercialized beaches, so the slower pace and lack of "touristy" stops was refreshing.
The location of this rental was great. It was a nice walk to the beach and just a few steps to the pool. Being on the 3rd floor there was an unobstructed view of the beautiful beach. The location of the condo was a short drive to the local shops and eateries.
There were a couple of disappointing things about the condo--not enough bath linens-there were only 5 washcloths and 8 towels for a condo that sleeps 8. We made do, but would definitely bring more next time. The beds and pillows weren't the most comfortable to sleep on. Seating in the living room seemed sparse. There was only a couch and oversized chair. Fortunately we were there for the beach and mostly hung out on the balcony but if all 8 in our party wanted to gather in the living room, half of us had to sit on the floor. And on the last day, we saw a mouse run from one of the bathrooms into the storage closet! We were getting ready to leave or I would have asked the desk for a mouse trap. Overall, it was a great, relaxing vacation and our family would visit again."

"Television Deficiency
i loved the property and the unit layout. the unit, 308 did not even have a remote control for the master TV and only a few channels to choose from. one bedroom did not even have a television. With grandchildren, good TV is a must. Also the unit did not have an adequate supply of pots and pans. we like to boil shrimp and there was nothing larger than a small sauce pan. I will stay at the property again, i will not book 308 again.if not for the TV and the lack of adequate cooking tools, i would have scored the overall stay at a 5. the lack of enjoyable television and pots and pans drops my overall score to a 3.5"

"2015 trip
The unit was for the most part great. We love the location and the spaciousness of the unit. the condo is showing signs of wear however and probably needs new cabinetry and countertops in the kitchen. The dining room chairs need to be replaced or at least repaired as well. we had a wonderful time, unit just a little frayed around the edges."

"My Family Vacation at Dauphin Island
We had a great time visiting the island. Everything was wonderful. Our condo was beautiful & exactly what we needed & wanted. It was very easy to find-we just followed the directions we were provided. It was spotless & very well maintained. The beaches & pools were great. So relaxing. My whole family loved it!"
