CANCELLATION POLICY: We require 25% down at the time the reservation is made. Reservations cancelled 14 days or more prior to arrival will receive a full refund minus a $50 cancellation fee and tax. Cancellations made 14 days or less prior to check-in will result in full forfeiture of payments made. Applicable refunds will only be issued to the guest by the same form in which it was made, even if a credit card has since expired or canceled. The above applies to moving dates or switching units as well. We recommend that the guest purchase CSA Travel Protection. There are no refunds for early departures or late arrivals. If a guest does not show up for their stay the total amount paid is non-refundable.

"Great Getaway
This was the perfect getaway for me and my family. The location was great and the house size was great. There were boogie boards and beach toys available on location for use and it was huge plus that there was a garage for our use. Loved the patio right in front of the pool. Can’t wait to rent it again...even for a weekend getaway."
