Cancellations made 14 days or less prior to check-in will result in full forfeiture of payments made. Applicable refunds will only be issued to the guest by the same form in which it was made, even if a credit card has since expired or canceled. The above applies to moving dates or switching units as well. We recommend that the guest purchase CSA Travel Protection. There are no refunds for early departures or late arrivals. "No frills but clean. Low rate (but you get what you pay for)
Located at the end of a canal in a building, which from the outside looked run down and old (including one of the docks that was literally falling apart and unusable), The condo itself was adequate and clean. The furniture was worn but workable. Only my husband and I were staying there. No extra sheets or blankets in the unit which would’ve been nice to have for the couch. The management company was helpful when I called them with questions on check-out/in process. However, simply providing that information upfront and including it in the ‘informational package’ inside the condo (e.g. the fact that the “easy check out link” would be sent via email/text at 7 pm the night prior to check out) would eliminate confusion and the need for a call. Overall, I would pass on this one next time."

"BUYER BEWARE
Let me start by saying the condo itself was fine. Clean and updated. Basics were available. Water view is the end of a canal, so it is what it is.

What was not ok is the property management company that has this listing, (Property Management). We travel with our dogs. As such I sought out a listing that was pet friendly, checked that we were traveling with pets, reviewed the rental rate, and made the reservation just like I have in the past.

Unknown to me was the HUGE ( won't let me post it) pet fee hidden in the bottom of the description. It was not included in the rental price. I was emailed an ADDITIONAL rental agreement I had to sign ONE DAY before we were to check in. It raised our rental by 50% again what we had already paid. I did not have time to make alternate arrangements for my pets or change our rental. I got scammed.

I have a condo I rent, and use a management company. I would be DISGUSTED if I found out this was how they treated people. I was scammed, and will NEVER rent any property managed by (Property Management) again. I would suggest whoever owns this condo reconsider who they do business with as well. "

"Guy down stairs
Overall the place was very clean and great location, only thing is the guy down stairs scared the **** out of my 12 year old daughter he kept yelling out inappropriate things and banging on his patio furniture he would hang on the walls which we could hear upstairs, the last day we were here we spent the day trying to rest for our trip back home but couldn’t cause the door slamming started about 7:30am and listening to him going back and forth slamming that door was insane finally my daughter and I decided to try and fish on the boat dock but he made that uncomfortable he just followed us literally from the front to the back and just stared at us yelling out inappropriate things finally after bout 10 mins we just went inside and tried to get some rest. This was supposed to be a peaceful mini vacation and ended up being a stressful one. I have 5 stars for only how clean and beautiful the inside was and the location but I’ll never stay here again "

"Cute place but had some issues beyond managements control
This condo was everything the description said it was. Perfect size, the patio was nice and it was a short drive to the beach. The only issue we had was with the gentleman that lived below us, he yelled at random times during the day and night and slammed doors, he also came outside anytime we were out and he would just stand there and watch us whether it was taking the dogs out or loading in and out of our car. I was very thankful I had someone with me because if I was alone I would have been to uncomfortable to take my dogs out. The rental company was great as far as checking on me and letting me know they were available for anything. "

"Convenient location and well appointed unit
This property is very clean and comfortable. The unit is equipped with everything you need to easily enjoy an extended stay. The property allows for one parking spot per unit which we used to park our UTV in for going back and forth to the beach and another property friends of ours were staying in. We were able to park our dually truck and lowboy trailer on the extra wide street next to this property. Due to the width of the road; I did not have concerns about being hit. This also made it convenient for us loading and unloading our kayaks to the water and the docks. Thank you for great time and wonderful memories."

"Great unit, very clean, very quiet, great permanent neighbors.
Great time thanks to having access to a very clean very quiet unit.
Everything worked fine and we were 100% happy.
The only two issues worth considering are:
1- Consider changing out the Shower Head with one that has better washing pressure to save water and save time. I think in the long run you will save money. Perhaps an addition of a Hand Held Shower Head may even do the job.
2- there is a loose cable coming out of the ground in the backyard just before you reach the boat slip.
It is an accident waiting to happen and no one wants that!
I would consider longer stays if you can give me a 20% or 30% discount during the off season in Fall and Winter as I come down to Padre every two weeks "

"Great getaway!
The condo was great, it was exactly like the pictures. Everything was clean upon arrival, and the check in and check out process was so convenient. I would definitely recommend this condo for a small family. Having the boat slip made the stay even more enjoyable. The only complaint we had was the parking lot. It is extremely small and crowded, especially if you drive a large truck. "
