Applicable refunds will only be issued to the guest by the same form in which it was made, even if a credit card has since expired or canceled. The above applies to moving dates or switching units as well. We recommend that the guest purchase CSA Travel Protection. There are no refunds for early departures or late arrivals. If a guest does not show up for their stay the total amount paid is non-refundable.

"Beach club condo
The management was great and right on top of things lost the pool key and they had another one sent to our condo that day . Had to pay a fee but that was expected it was a reasonable fee. Very happy with their service. The condo was very nice . The only thing was the sauna wasn’t working and the hot top was also not working which was something we was looking forward to that was not in service at our time we visited. But yes great place to get a condo from next to the beach . "

"Great Stay!
We had a great stay at this condo! The condo was clean and well equipped and perfect for a family of 5 (three teenagers). It seems like an older condo, but looks renovated and was nice! It is close enough to the beach to walk, (it’s a longish walk) and make sure you bring a wagon to carry all your beach stuff. Whitecap beach was really nice and clean. Check in and checkout was very easy too! We would definately stay here again! "

"Awesome location
Really enjoyed staying at the Beach Club. Very peaceful being so close to the ocean and being able to hear the all the wonderful ocean sounds.
(Property Management) were quick to respond to my maintenance requests . And the maintenance crew were respectful, polite...really nice guys!!
The last week of my stay, some one moved in above my unit. His footsteps were extremely heavy and I could hear most of his activities...doors opening and closing, water being turned on, and his phone conversations.
It was bothersome but tolerable.
I would definitely book a stay at Beach Club again."

First off, this is a great location and our overall stay was great but it needs a little updating. Super clean! Great location! We loved our stay! I’m sure owning a rental is hard but it could use some updating. Nothing major. Some fresh paint and a new couch would be fantastic! It was hard to sit and relax in the living room in the evenings because the couch was super uncomfortable. Overall, we would book again but it would be nice to see this happen. "

"Ok, but needs some updates
I have stayed at 3 different units at this property.
This was at the bottom of my experiences. We were delayed getting into the unit because of TV issues. When we did, the TV was just sitting on the mantle and not mounted back. Furniture is old, pans were dirty, dishwasher was still full of dishes, washer sounds like a jet plane, 2nd bedroom bed is really noisy. Could use some updates and a refresh. Grass burs are all over the beach area. REMOVE THE CARPET! We continued to pick these out of the carpet from others walking in there with shoes! "

Walking distance to beach. The cleaning cost isn't being well spent. The cleaners need to pay more attention to detail. They need to bend down and look under beds and under rugs. There was a clothing item under the master bed and there was sand under the living room rug. The sand under the rug hadn't been cleaned in weeks. I understand the beach concept where shoes will bring sand in, but you need to sweep or vacuum under the large rug. The closet in the master bedroom was for storage of the renter. The pillow with blood on it that someone in a previous review described was still in the closet on the shelf. The bed in the master bedroom was comfortable. "

"Easy to find and a very nice to place stay.
This was a nice vacation for my family of 5. It located near the beach and was exactly what we wanted for our time away from home. I was able to keep up with laundry so I did not have to do this when returning home. Places to sleep were nice and comfortable.... Would recommend to anyone. "

Property was conveniently located within easy walking distance of the beach. The rental was pretty clean and basically as described. Beds and chairs were comfortable. TVs and WiFi worked well. We enjoyed the pool and the balcony. Kitchen was well stocked with cups, bowls and utensils. Stairs to the 2nd Floor were a bit steep - not a problem for us but could be for older people. Fairly convenient to restaurants and other attractions in Corpus Christi. "

"70th Birthday Beach Escape
The unit is very cute and was well equipped. The furniture isn't the most comfortable...but is adequate. The unit has had some wear and the entry door needed to be cleaned. We did miss not having any hangers in the closets to hang up some clothes! It was an excellent location for our needs. And it was great having the parking space at the foot of the stairs...since it is a second story unit. Whitecap beach is close by and a nice beach. If we stay again would love to try out the fishing pond! The Padre Escape staff had wonderful communication with me through out the booking process and arrival. I would book another rental with them. "

Although the condo was very attractively decorated, the furniture was uncomfortable and smelled slightly of mildew, as did the bedding. The kitchen flatware was mismatched. The utensils were very inadequate and the top of the coffeemaker was broken. The dishwasher didn’t clean thoroughly. When we arrived, the condo was not especially clean. The countertops and floors were clearly dirty. The cleaning crew needs some accountability. The property management was extremely nice and helpful. They brought over a new vacuum, repaired a broken smoke detector, and changed the AC filter. Overall, the stay was so-so. Grade = C"

This condo is in a great location. Whitecap beach is very clean and not overly crowded. You are just minutes from restaurants, Corpus, and Port A. Very well maintained facilities. My only issue was that I kept having problems getting paperwork or check in information without calling. The staff was always very helpful and saw to the issues promptly."
