Remodeled property in May of 2022 includes many upgrades and additional amenities! You'll love the new laminate flooring through out, the blinds, cozy furniture in the living area, the 4K HDR Smart TVs and the updated patio furniture while enjoying the amazing view! Property now offers an Alexa Echo and charging stations in the living area and master bedroom. Brand new Tempur-Pedic memory foam mattress toppers in both bedrooms, along with taller shower heads for your convenience.
Paradise on the water is a second floor 2 bedroom/2 bathroom/1 car garage waterfront condo located in the well-known Puente Vista subdivision. This property is in a unique location that gives you a great view of the Laguna Madre as well as easy access (by boat) to the Intracoastal Waterway and the Gulf of Mexico via Packery Channel. You are also within a short drive to area attractions like Mustang Island State Park, Padre Island National Seashore, USS Lexington, Texas State Aquarium and more! The complex also offers a great pool area for soaking up the sun and a club house that is available for reservations (inquire for more details). BBQ grills and boat slips are available on a first come first use basis.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
-(Property Management) promises to launder every comforter, every sheet, every TIME!
-After every stay we replace all towels & linens (including the comforter, which most people don’t do) with clean towels & linens from our 5500sf laundry facility where they are washed in temps of at least 60sC/140sF, exceeding CDC recommendations.
CLEANING AND INSPECTION
-We use disinfecting products that meet or exceed CDC performance standards.
-Every property is stocked with bath towels & washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property along with one hand towel per bathroom.
-These complimentary amenities are provided in the property as a convenience until you can go shopping: hand/bath soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and a sponge.
-We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your family’s arrival.

-A two-night minimum stay is required.
-Contracting guests of (Property Management) must be 25 years of age or older. The guest must have a State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID.

CANCELLATION POLICY: We require 25% down at the time the reservation is made. Reservations cancelled 14 days or more prior to arrival will receive a full refund minus a $50 cancellation fee and tax. Cancellations made 14 days or less prior to check-in will result in full forfeiture of payments made. Applicable refunds will only be issued to the guest by the same form in which it was made, even if a credit card has since expired or canceled. The above applies to moving dates or switching units as well. We recommend that the guest purchase CSA Travel Protection. There are no refunds for early departures or late arrivals. If a guest does not show up for their stay the total amount paid is non-refundable.
