"Great stay with a minor inconvenience
The stay was very good. The accommodation was comfortable, with furniture in excellent condition, a convenient location, and a very nice pool. During our visit, we experienced a few power outages—the electricity went out three times. I understand this is something beyond the host’s control, but unfortunately, it happened during our stay. Other than that, everything was great, and I would definitely consider coming back in the future."

**The ceiling fans could use an adjustment on speed control - not very much air was circulating on the second floor rooms.
**If AC is to be controlled, maybe allow up to 65 degrees
***TV in living area was impossible to control or even work the television aspect, only music station played. Maybe leave some bullet point instructions on how to work the TV for future guests.
****ONLY POSITIVE WAS THE WASHER/DRYER AVAILABILITY

I DOUBT IF I WILL EVER STAY IN THIS UNIT AGAIN, NOT A COMPLETE 5 STAR EXPERIENCE...."

"Great stay!
Just the right size for our family of 5. Absolutely love that there's a washer and dryer unit in the condo itself. Had the essentials needed in order to cook home meals, etc. Four stars for property cleanness because we found a few hairs from previous vacationers, but it really doesn't bother our family or put us off. We absolutely loved how close we were to the beach. The foot rinse-off station outside of the property came in handy, but would've loved to have a complete head-to-toe rinse-off station once you get inside of the gate (right by the pool restroom) to be able to rinse off completely of sand before getting into the pool or walking back into the condo. The head-to-toe rinse-off station is the only recommendation that we have."

Their facilities are very conveniently located right on the Gulf, their staff is always very friendly and goes above and beyond to make our stays comfortable. "Older property and outdated unit!
The property is right by the public beach entrance so it is not a very private location. Our unit is outdated. Perhaps the housekeeping did their best to clean but it looks outdated and it feels dirty especially in the bathrooms. The shower curtain liners were yellowish with stains and the bathtubs look somewhat dirty. These should not cost much to be replaced. There were stain and hair on the sheets. I had to wash them before we feel comfortable to sleep in. There were only 2 beds not the 3 beds from the pictures provided so we had to improvise. Other than that, we had a good time. The room was ready hours before our check in time and thanks to the front office to inform us promptly."

"Disappointed
We are disappointed that the unit at El Constinte was not very clean, there was food left in the kitchen cabinet. Most of the towel racks in the 2 and 1/2 bathrooms were either completely broken off or falling off the walls. Had to hang bath towels on doors throughout the unit to dry(tacked). There were only 2 standard size pillows for a king size bed in the master bedroom and cigarette butts on the floor of 2 of the 3 balconies. The cleaning service should have done a much better job. The carpets in both bedrooms didn’t appear to have been vacuumed either."

"Close to the beach
The resort was close to the beach and family friendly. Didn't have any issues while staying there but there are a few things that have to be addressed. The King bed needs replaced immediately and the pull out couch mattress also. Found blood on the pull out couch mattress and it was sunk in at least 4 inches without sitting in it. It would not be suitable for a 30 pound child to lay on. Towel racks should be put on the bathroom walls to hang the towels. The management staff was friendly and did take the time to hear my feedback. I would not be giving a review had I had received a call back from the owner to give him my professional input. If would stay again of the necessary changes would be made. Take the time and spend a little money on the aging assets. This could have been at least a 4 Star review."

"Great condo on the beach
Pros: condo was very clean, location was fantastic, pool was clean and clear, condo was spacious, king bed was very comfortable. Cons: vertical blinds were a pain (slats kept falling out) and someone stole my son's wet, sandy shoes off the front porch one night. The condo interior is a bit dated and in need of some updating and minor repairs, but everything worked (except the blinds). I would stay here again."

"First time staying in N. Padre by Port Aransas
The condo location was great but for 3 couples, they only gave us 2 keys to share even when I asked if they could get another one made, so we had to leave a key under doormat if we didn't stay together. The carpet seemed a little old,update sleeper couch it was uncomfortable. The price was good and the view was nice but small balcony."
