"Had a wonderful time at El Constante
It was great. The only thing I would suggest is they delime all the shower heads around the property. Even the shower head in the unit needed it. I didn't use the laundry room so I cant say how that was. A lot of maintenance was being done around the place but thankfully it didn't affect me. That's a good sign that it's important to them to keep the place in shape. Everyone was so nice. Even the people visiting like me. "

"Always a great stay!!
I always stay here. I like that I get to pick my exact room. I always get a room w/ the pool right outside my door. Beach conveniently right out the courtyard. Close to plenty of places to get a bite to eat or u can make a meal in ur fully equipped kitchen!! We enjoy our stay every year. My mom joined us this trip & she'll be returning on her own soon! Highly recommend."

"It was a terrible stay
It was. Terrible stay the whole place needs to be updated the beds are horrible this was our third time staying there and its just getting worse the bathroom are very dirty when I came in I needed to clean it I don’t think I’ll be staying there’ anymore I’ll be looking at the other hotels around there the refrigerator did not work "

"One flaw
It’s a great place to stay.
However if I’m paying for a living accommodations , All amenities should be bottomless when necessary.
We requested toilet paper.

We had to go buy our own toilet paper!
We were given half a roll and a full roll. I don’t know how this would last with 4 grown adults. Eating and having drinks all day. For 3 days!

Other than not being supplied with the daily toiletries. The place is great. "

"Wonderful property for a vacation!
We loved this little place. It is a more secluded area than we have stayed before, and we enjoyed that aspect. Having the pool literally at our doorstep was amazing, and the beach was just a short walk past the property. The condo was nice and clean. The only two critiques I want to mention is that while the bed was comfortable, it creaks and groans very loudly every time someone moves. Also, the metal chairs scraped loudly against the tile floor every time they were moved. That could be corrected quite easily with some felt pads. Overall, we loved the place and the property and would definitely stay here again."

"Reasonably priced vacation; great location
The pool is lovely and the location is great for beach access. Unfortunately the noise level was much higher than I expected from the upstairs neighbors (who constantly sounded like a herd of elephants) and the 4 AC units right outside the bedroom window. I would recommend earplugs. Otherwise it was a clean unit, could use some updating and a new fridge (as this one leaked water on our food). "

"Major concerns
There were guests in the pool area blaring music til 11pm several nights inspite of multiple attempts from front office staff and security guard to contain it. It was right in front of my pool side unit and very disturbing. The people staying in the unit above us made alot of noise as well. Cieling is not sound proof. Also, the hot tub jets still don't work after years of promises it will get fixed. Bathroom heater in unit 130 is not working plus gate leading to the beach was broken most of our stay there. For the amount of money we pay I would expect these maintenance issues to be addressed and guests being respectful to other residents."

"A Great Escape
We stay at El Constante twice a summer. It is the perfect getaway for the 3 day holiday weekends. The pool is awesome and the beach is a few steps away. I really enjoy riding my bike on the seawall in the morning and evenings. "

"Could be improved.
The unit itself is tired and could stand some updating. The shower has no pressure to speak of. The bed is noisy and the sofa is uncomfortable. I think I would look for a different unit on my next stay. The pool heater was out of order, so the pool was not enjoyable. The mgmnt did give us ~$56 refund on a >$700 bill, so that was a nice gesture. "

"Great getaway
We were very pleased with our stay here. The location is amazing! The court yard pool was fantastic! Over all we would stay here again. A few things of criticism is that the place we stayed needs a good deep cleaning and a new mattress. It was a bit musty on arrival. The layout is great but it does need to be overhauled. "

"Condo does not meet El Constante past experiences
While we have stayed at many of the condos at El Constante this is our first time the condo has have unsatisfactory. The furniture is super old and materials wor out and tearing. Couch collapsed when sitting down and chair was just gross. Bed was very uncomfortable and squeaked. But complex great, great pool and great proximity to beach. This condo just need furnitures updated."

"Always a pleasure
Love coming to El Constante; have been a 2-3 times per summer guest for the last 5-6 years. Love the location, the professional and courteous staff and value for price.

I only have 2 complaints. Feels like the last couple of times we have come, they are allowing outside guests to come in and bombard the pool. Wristbands are not checked whatsoever and it’s not very child friendly (there was a fight at the pool area).

Also, the bed/mattress in the pool side room we stayed in, was terribly uncomfortable. I spoke to the staff and they were wonderful and said they would be working with the owner to resolve that issue for future guests.

All in all, we love this property and hope the minor complaints are able to be addressed so that this property can continue to thrive/prosper!"

"Good mini vacation
The space was enough for us two adults and a small child, the condo has a King bed wish we all used. The furniture inside the condo was outdated and shows the age, could use little of update, the mattress was not comfortable.

Location is the main reason to choose this condo. Entrance faces the pool, which might be a plus for some. We found it to be annoying to bring our things into the condo because people were laying on pool recliners in the path. There was a bunch of sand inside near the entrance upon arrival. Wish it was a bit cleaner. Toilet bowl lid was broke. Overall, nothing overly wrong with the condo, but it could use a little more updating/renovations. "

"Cozy spot on the Beach
Everything was comfortable and clean. Pool was nice and clean. We loved that it was a quick walk to the beach. I did notice that other rooms had the key pad on the door so you didn't have to carry a key, that would've been nice. And the patio chairs need to be replaced, they had duck tape on them and the other patios had newer looking white plastic chairs. Also, there were cigarette buds in the landscaping just outside the door that was unsightly. "

We loved this place and will stay again. My only complaint was the musty smell of the place. I'm sure caused by high humidity. I suggest you put the AC on 76*F when the unit is unoccupied. The staff was exceptionally accommodating. Easy access to the beach and jetties was an unexpected bonus. The pool and hot tub were awesome too. One other problem though was the pool was supposed to open at 9:00 am but they had to fill it with water until noon. Might want to fill it at night when the pool is closed so it doesn't take pool time away. See you all again!"
