"Disappointed
We have rented with (Property Management) for almost 10 years and have always been impressed with the level of overall quality of locations, properties and cleanliness. However this property was outdated, not well kept, and not clean. There were lots of bugs and ant problems in both bathrooms. We were disappointed to find this after having such great success with (Property Management) in the past. "

"Great Location
We enjoyed our time here. The location is great. The first night was not great because the neighbors were pretty loud and smoking so that is all you could smell inside and on the back porch. The rest of the nights were fine though because they left. Our deck was empty except for two plastic chairs. From the pictures, I expected a few more chairs. The water pressure was great and we always had hot water. We liked the ice maker and fridge. The kids liked the pool and the beds were comfortable."

"Horrendously Noisy Condo
We loved being on the water but the culdesac this condo sits on is with mostly rentals so the area is not the nicest. We had construction from the day we moved in till two weeks before our 3 month stay ended. Then a month into our stay the upstairs unit started renovations and after the new floor was put in, you can hear the people walking across the floor. I would not stay in this unit unless you're on the top floor.
The front window had a gapping hole in the construction around the window so that you couldn't leave the windows open since bugs would get in. The patio screen also had gapping tears so you couldn't leave that open either. The master bed is on wheels so it moves easily when getting into and out of the bed. The sheets are pretty rough so we got our own. It was a tough stay for us and we tried to get out of the rental early but the CONTRACT doesn't allow this. We were given a $100 refund for a $6K stay. "

"Summer Family Trip
The unit was very clean, cute and convenient. My husband loved being able to fish off the dock. We enjoyed there pool. The only issue we had was parking. The unit next to us said they had reserved parking, but there were no signs. Also the morning we left there were cars double parked making it hard to safely back out. "

"A good stay
Clean and convenient to beach/shops. Awkward parking but did not have any issues with other residents. Pool was clean. Living room is very small and didn’t quite accommodate our family of 4. Recommend providing a larger kitchen trash can. Felt a little pressured to check out with the repetitive emails, texts and then housekeeping knocking on door at 9:30am. Overall, enjoyed the stay and would consider in the future."

"Loved being able to fish on the channe but hated the construction
When driving up to the location, I was a little worried at first because it seemed so crowded but for the little little apartment complex for 6 rooms it was perfect. The room was located in the middle of the first floor and one story. The room stated it could sleep 8. We had 6 adults and 2 children and it was pretty crowded in There. Maybe 4 adults 4 children would of been better. Room was Clean, had a washer and dryer, and back porch had a very nice view. No one was at the pool but us when we were there, so it felt like it was private. The only complaint I had was, when we got there on Friday about 3 30 it obvious there was some type of construction going on in the apartment above us. I figures ok, I know its Friday I'm sure they will probably be working till 6 or 7. Nope was I wrong, they ended up working and rolling till about mid ight before it stopped. I let Padre escapes know, which I k ow this is not their fault, and the HOA owning the complex stated that they did not work that late and they promise they wouldn't again on Saturday. Welp... again till midnight. I understand d you have to work, but ending at a decent time and being respectful for everyone in that complex. Then to topic off the HOA peeps pretty much called me a liar by saying they didn't work that late. I appreciate (Property Management) listening to my concerns and trying to do what they could to help. I also understand that construction won't be happening forever and it will be do e sooner rather than later. Just wish a little more co sidesteps was taken into play. Especially for how much money you spend. This is our only vacation this summer planned because of gas prices and cost of everything going up. Just wish it was a better experience."

"(Property Management) Vacation Rental 2021
This was our 1st winter vacation and we couldn't have been happier with our choice. The unit was small, but clean & well equipped. Beds were comfortable. As an older individual, the sofa was a little too low. We had a few minor issues and the management group was exceptionally quick to resolve our problems. The young people that responded were friendly, professional and took care of the problem very quickly. We even had a problem on a Sunday afternoon with the furnace and had it repaired in less than an hour. I can't say enough good about how impressed we were with the overall service, so much so that when we decided to rent a unit for 2022, we only looked at rentals that were managed by (Property Management), LLC. "

needs maintenance and someone who's thought thru the boating situation. There's sand/dirt at the dock, gets tracked into the house (totally unnecessary). No dockside water or power, makes no sense. it's just not maintained or owned by fisherman so it's run down. No way to deal with trailer very easily at least. Front side of property needs to be cleaned up, it's a mess."

"Relaxing getaway
Accommodations were great! Location perfect - close to everything we wanted to do! The unit was a great size for the four of us. Comfortable beds. Parking was a little tight if you have a truck. Permanent residents were friendly and we spent many evenings on the back dack visiting with them and enjoying the view. Pool area could use a little attention, but nice to relax after a long, hot day. Management company was great and attentive!"

Great location - close to the beach as well as restaurants and shopping.
I do think it's a bit overpriced based on similar listings. For a lower price, we would consider staying here again. We were in town to visit my son, so we paid a little more to be close to him.
It's in good condition, but it's an older property so it does show some wear, especially the outdoor decks and furniture.
Inside there were a couple of issues. The biggest issue was that the electric outlets in both bathrooms were non-functioning (was checked for breaker and GFCI issues). That's a big deal for women. Also, there are no mirrors in the entire place except above the bathroom sinks. There should at least be additional mirrors in the bedrooms. Also note that there are no TV's in the bedrooms as depicted in the photos.
The place was very clean and the interior was nicely decorated with very comfortable beds. The pull out sofa had the nicest mattress for a pull out bed that I've ever seen. You can count that as a regular bed for your group. "

It was the most memorable trip to Corpus Christi. I felt like I was in my own home. The place was quiet even though we had tenants above us and around us. "Could have been better
The best part of our vacation of course was the beach. However this rental should have been much better. The unit was not greasing cleaned, there was hair all over the bathrooms. Extremely uncomfortable couch bed. We have kids and after a long day at the beach the kids just want some tv time but there was barley any channels, thank goodness I brought my laptop to watch. When we contacted the property management reagrding out trailor they said we would have to park our truck a mile away even after we filled out the for for a trailor and paid $50 for paejing it at thw property. The worst thing is we paid to stay at this condo and we got a knock at the door saying this place is for sale so if you get anyone wanting to view the property then you have to let them in. This was absurd absolutely unacceptable we paid to be there they should not schedule anyone during this took me for a viewing. "

"Relaxation interrupted, never the less, a Great place for Family
Very easy process to checking in and out. Keyless entry a plus and at our entry to a clean welcoming home. The staff helpful and quick to get you on your way to vacay. Our first water front rental and it was such a great time being able to go in and out to sun and water and back in to a cozy home. Would be a Complete relaxing experience if not for the local resident's . One left a note on my windshield complaining to us about he doesnt have parking space when it was made clear by the staff that this location is first come basis. Other residents making whispering remarks as we were outside enjoying the sun and out enjoying the moonlight. Things such as that Just shortens your enjoyment . Cable went out the 2nd day so we had to watch regular channels. But the easy fix was to go out and enjoy padre island and Swim in the pool but warning the privacy fence was torn down and apart."

Great location. Easy access to get in and out. Inside is very clean, roomy for a family of 5. Son was able to fish outside the bay and my daughter enjoyed the pool. Only issue is the outside needs a little TLC. Broken umbrella and stand in the swimming pool area and we had to wait for 40 minutes to get property cleaned. "

Everything was very nice except the TV reception. The TV's in the bedrooms were virtually useless without signal. Checkout procedures got a bit weird.
