Village by the Beach - Hammonds Reef P916
Phase 1 (Beach, Island, Leeward Streets) pool will be closed, starting April 29th, 2024 for deck resurfacing and all guests are to use the Phase 2 pool. Phase 2 (Packary Street) pool will be closed, starting May 6th, 2024 for deck resurfacing and all guests are to use the Phase 1 pool. This has been factored into the current pricing and no additional discounts will be applied. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Our properties at Village by the Beach offer first class living on the Texas Gulf Coast. This comfortable townhome is fully furnished and custom decorated with modern beach cottage décor, an open concept layout, and multiple balconies allowing you and your party to enjoy all the conveniences of home in the relaxed surroundings of beach living. It's great location provides quick access to swimming, fishing, surfing and a variety of delicious dining options. Positioned within walking distance to the beach with access to two on-site resort style swimming pools and a kids playground; this property is an excellent fit for large families.

CLEANING AND INSPECTION
-We use disinfecting products that meet or exceed CDC performance standards.
-Every property is stocked with bath towels & washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property along with one hand towel per bathroom.
-These complimentary amenities are provided in the property as a convenience until you can go shopping: hand/bath soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, a sponge, and one make-up wipe per bathroom.
-We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your family's arrival.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
-A two-night minimum stay is required.
-Contracting guests of (Property Management) must be 25 years of age or older. The guest must have a State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID.
-PET-FRIENDLY PROPERTY: MAXIMUM OF TWO PETS/NO WEIGHT RESTRICTION. There is a $100 per pet fee for all stays 7 days or less, $200 for stays of 8-29 days and $300 for stays of 30 days or greater. In addition, there is also a pet-cleaning fee of $50 for stays of 7 days or less, $75 for stays of 8-29 days and $100 for stays of 30+ days.

CANCELLATION POLICY: We require 25% down at the time the reservation is made. Reservations cancelled 14 days or more prior to arrival will receive a full refund minus a $50 cancellation fee and tax. Cancellations made 14 days or less prior to check-in will result in full forfeiture of payments made. Applicable refunds will only be issued to the guest by the same form in which it was made, even if a credit card has since expired or canceled. The above applies to moving dates or switching units as well. We recommend that the guest purchase CSA Travel Protection. There are no refunds for early departures or late arrivals. If a guest does not show up for their stay the total amount paid is non-refundable.
