With a back patio that looks at the pool, this unit is perfect for relaxing after a long day enjoying the South Texas sun. This unit sleeps up to 12 people in complete comfort meaning that multiple families can enjoy a warm vacation together. The living room, dining room, and kitchen follow an open concept layout making it easy to make a meal while still being able to spend time with the people that matter. Open up the cabinet in the living room and play a game with the family, take a walk to the beach, or just enjoy the amenities the resort has to offer. This unit is sure to offer fun for the whole family. This is located at the Aruba Bay resort with access to a variety of amenities.

-Every property is stocked with bath towels & washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property along with one hand towel per bathroom.
-These complimentary amenities are provided in the property as a convenience until you can go shopping: hand/bath soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and a sponge.
-We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your family’s arrival.

-A two-night minimum stay is required.
-Contracting guests of (Property Management) must be 25 years of age or older. The guest must have a State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID.

CANCELLATION POLICY: We require 25% down at the time the reservation is made. Reservations cancelled 14 days or more prior to arrival will receive a full refund minus a $50 cancellation fee and tax. Cancellations made 14 days or less prior to check-in will result in full forfeiture of payments made. Applicable refunds will only be issued to the guest by the same form in which it was made, even if a credit card has since expired or canceled. The above applies to moving dates or switching units as well. We recommend that the guest purchase CSA Travel Protection. There are no refunds for early departures or late arrivals. If a guest does not show up for their stay the total amount paid is non-refundable.
