Condo is recently remodeled, decorated w/ a charming coastal vibe. Sleeping 6 occupants w/ extra twin beds located in gaming loft. Living and kitchen area have an open concept that include cozy furniture and you'll love the unique mural of the beach. The master bedroom has a queen bed, private balcony w/ panoramic view of the marina and privacy doors. The second bedroom has a king bed w/ privacy sliding doors that open and close to the rest of the unit. Newly updated main bathroom w/ a walk in shower. Flat screen TV's in every room to enjoy (Note: The gaming loft makes a great getaway for the game enthusiasts, but the loft can be warm around noon each day because of the strong eastern sun. Cool gaming returns in the afternoon as the sun travels westward.) Indoor pool is nearby and outdoor pool overlooks the canal w/ plenty of lounge chairs to relax in. Underground, reserved parking and 2 sets of stairs to main entrance, no elevator available. Get ready for vacation time at Marina-Sky View!

CLEAN BED PROMISE
-(Property Management) promises to launder every comforter, every sheet, every TIME!
-After every stay we replace all towels & linens (including the comforter, which most people don’t do) with clean towels & linens from our 5500sf laundry facility where they are washed in temps of at least 60sC/140sF, exceeding CDC recommendations.
CLEANING AND INSPECTION
-We use disinfecting products that meet or exceed CDC performance standards.
-Every property is stocked with bath towels & washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property along with one hand towel per bathroom.
-These complimentary amenities are provided in the property as a convenience until you can go shopping: hand/bath soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, a sponge, and one make-up wipe per bathroom.
-We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your family’s arrival.

-A two-night minimum stay is required.
-Contracting guests of (Property Management) must be 25 years of age or older. The guest must have a State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID.

CANCELLATION POLICY: We require 25% down at the time the reservation is made. Reservations cancelled 14 days or more prior to arrival will receive a full refund minus a $50 cancellation fee and tax. Cancellations made 14 days or less prior to check-in will result in full forfeiture of payments made. Applicable refunds will only be issued to the guest by the same form in which it was made, even if a credit card has since expired or canceled. The above applies to moving dates or switching units as well. We recommend that the guest purchase CSA Travel Protection. There are no refunds for early departures or late arrivals. If a guest does not show up for their stay the total amount paid is non-refundable.
