"Spacious in a great location
We enjoyed our stay. There were 7 of us and I felt like we had space. It was great to have 3 full bathrooms. The private patio was great for cleaning up after the beach and it was awesome to have space to store our beach gear without having to track sand inside."

"Family birthdays weekend
The space was perfect for our two family mini vacation. Everything was as described in the listing.
Upstairs loft pull out may need to be replaced and sheets need to be cleaned thoroughly.
It was still a great, comfortable stay. I would rebook it another day"

"Great Location
The cndo was very clean.The kitchen was well equipped.Everything was in working order. The woven chairs at the dinning room table are a little uncomfortable and the dryer took a little longer to dry than I'm normally used to. Some extra lighting in back would be helpful but none of these small issues are deal breakers for me. "

"Big enough for 9
Location was about 1/4-1/2 mile walk to beach. Easily tad enough parking for 3 vehicles which was a big plus. Facility was not overly crowded so you could enjoy the pool. The place had all the things we needed. Only couple downsides were the bathrooms were a little small and the beds were a little more firm than we like. All in all it was a great location, in a new spot and at a condo that was great for what we needed. Would stay there again."

Over all, the place was wonderful to stay at. Clean, quiet enough and overall pleasant stay.
The only issues we had was 1 the mattress was a little frim for me and I still think there is a problem with the dish washer as you have to keep on trying to set it to get it to start working."

"Padre island in July
We definitely enjoyed our stay in the condo managed by Padre Island Escapes of Corpus Christi, Texas. The location was almost ideal and the accommodations were very nice. It was clean! It was spacious enough!!
And it was well maintained!!! The only negative would have to be the less than acceptable maintenance of the pool.
Someone had broken some styrofoam in the pool and dozens of the particles were in the water for the entire time we were in the condo. I looked for a fine mesh/screen type apparatus to collect the particles and other debris in the pool but found none. I keep one handy near our pool at home in an effort to guarantee that small stuff doesn’t render our pool too messy to enjoy without having to worry about the annoyance!!
Other than that concern, we would not hesitate recommending it to other families!!
One other recommendation: supply a better grade of toilet paper. It should be a grade commensurate with the level of your rental fee!!! Easily two grades higher!"

"It Was Alright
We had a great time but didn't care much for the town home.. There were 4 couples..Didn't like the fact that you had to go thru the Master bedroom to get to the patio. The bathrooms were really small. We couldn't get the dishwasher to start..Its a nice place but just isn't somewhere I would stay again. "

"Very pleasant stay in beach side home
Pros:Its a wonderful place to stay.Very close to beach.Good backyard to have dinner with big group.This is the only unit has shower to take a bath before entering home from beach. Master bedroom balcony has beach view.Good for big family or family gathering.
Cons:Main attractions like Aquarium/Battleship/Dolphin tours are all 30 miles from place is good only if you want to enjoy beach"

We loved staying here! The house was clean and updated. Right across the street from the beach and you have an ocean view from the balcony. The pool was also really cool to have and we swam in it almost every day

"(Property Management) DID not lived up to expectations
Place was falling apart. Blood on sheets and pillow cases, food left in spatula, outside furniture un-usable and broken, master bed was worse than motel 6 - worse than sleeping on the floor, oh ants in the bed too. Contacted management and provided pictures and was given a token $271 credit on a stay costing $3,000+. Will never rent from or (Property Management) again"

"Great Location
The property was clean. Great location. The refrigerator water dispenser did not work (Maintenance came out and a filter was needed but they did not have on hand). The dishwasher did not work. We tried washing it three times but never came clean. When I called in to report it I was told it was a known issue and a new dishwasher was to be installed. Cigarette butts were all over the patio prior to our arrival. It made me question the cleanliness of the property (Emily from (Property Management) took care of my complaint quickly). The bathroom in upstairs by loft drained slow in both tub and sink. The patio furniture was rotten as well. One of the benches broke during our stay. I completely understand the weather conditions but the property needed to be check in on and updated. I still think that despite the few issues we had the property was overall a great property we would stay there again. It was a great location and perfect being on the end with a larger patio. "

Overall a great stay, 4 adults, 5 kids and never felt crowded. Well stocked kitchen for our needs.
Probably the largest 'patio' area in the complex for any one property, more than enough space to play cornhole outside or other activities with the kids.
Property management was responsive to a couple minor issues that were easily rectified.

"Padre Beach View
We were moved to this unit when the one we had rented did not have a working pool. This unit was smaller but I liked that the main area was on the ground floor. The kids liked the pool and we liked that the patio in back gave us a place to play corn hole. The parking area has a small “curb” with no markings that caused me to trip and fall, giving me a severe knot in the head and subsequent black eyes. That curb should be painted to bring attention to it. "

"Work during vacation
Cute place, good location. It was not cleaned. Ants everywhere! Ants in sofa sleeper, all over the kitchen floor and table. Ants on the loft area and ants in the bedroom- all over the bed. The first night we had to clean and wash sheets and towels due to the crazy ant problem. Management company did call us back and after numerous times of asking for compensation they did give us a discount. In my opinion it was not generous enough. We had to purchase a air mattress due to the ants so most of the discount just covered that. Not impressed and will not return. Check in and out process very easy.

"Fantastic! So close to the beach with room for everyone.
This rental is beautifully decorated, and well stocked with everything we needed. The beds are VERY comfortable and this unit is one of the few I saw that did NOT have bunk beds (since we were all adults that rented the unit, this was perfect). The top unit has a small balcony from which you can see the ocean. Very please and will definitely stay again."

The property was in great condition and had everything we needed. There were smart TV's in common areas, free wifi for streaming movies, and PS3 w/ games for your enjoyment. The kitchen and washer had what was needed to prepare meals. More importantly this place is walking distance to the beach. Checkin-out took seconds and management response to questions were prompt. They have an app the is very useful with points of interest and weather in the area. "

"Awesome Vacation Stay!
When I got to searching for a place that would accommodate my family for a vacation - I came across (Property Management). This was just perfect fit our family. It was roomy enough that we could spread out - nice size kitchen to cook breakfast & dinners. Bedrooms & bathrooms were good size. The rooms were decorated really neat too. Beds were compfy and best of all - We were right across from the beach! Walking distance. The ease of booking & reserving was simply the best! Excellent customer service. We will be planning our next summer stay though (Property Management) & would highly recommend them to anyone. "

"Great Vacay
It was the easiest check-in and check-out I have every done. The Condo was very clean. Plenty of room for our family of 11. Grandkids enjoyed the pool. We were so close to the beach, we rented a golf cart and had a blast. The private patio was so nice for entertaining and the outdoor shower came in very handy coming in from the beach."

We had a wonderful time together as a family. We had an air conditioned area to be together after a fun time on the beach, a kitchen to prepare a few meals and a TV to keep the kids occupied occasionally. "Family Trip
This was the first time our whole family was able to get away for vacation at the same time and we were anxious about staying somewhere sight unseen. We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived to find that we absolutely loved it! The only complaint I would have is that the floors had not been mopped. When we took our shoes off our feet were black from walking on the floors. Other than that, the place was awesome. We had a blast and hope to be back soon."

I brought 3 generations of my family to a North Padre Island escape. This unit had room for everyone and it was nice to have a full kitchen to use. the big surprise was the large enclosed back patio where we could all hang out. The pool area was nice and we just walked to the beach when we wanted to."

"A time to remember
We had a great time @ Padre island visiting family, friends and we were all together. We walked to watch the sunrise & sunset enjoying the warm weather of the gulf. The townhouse meet our needs close to everything, food restaurants and the beach. I had no problem with booking on line a received a phone call on the day of our arrival. The property owners had a 24 hour service which was good. Some 's we would have to wait hours or the next day."

"Overall ok
Over all the condo and the property were very well maintained and the location is excellent. Our only problem really came from the Red Tide that we experienced. The air would literally make us cough and no one could go to the beach as a result, also the smell of dead fish was in the air which was very unpleasant. Unforfunately when we found out we could not cancel or move the trip because we had not purchased travel insurance from a third party insurance company. I think in certain situations exceptions should be made, but we made the best of it and atleast the place was nice."
