Anytime I had a question I received a quick response from our host. Thank you for allowing us to check in 1 hour early to spending extra fun time with family.
I just didn't understand why we have to throw out our own trash when we pay a cleaning fee? Anyway we complied thanks again we had a fantastic time at the beautiful pool area."

"Met our needs
The place was nice except for 1 thing... the moldy smell when you walk in, there is a serious problem somewhere that needs to be addressed. The place was clean and staff was great about using an ozone machine to help with the smell, it kinda worked, had to be done twice. The did not have any other availability so we just dealt with it. Unfortunately will not be using Padre escapes again, they had to have known the issue with the smell, yet rented it anyway. "

"Nice place
Was very clean, looked just like pictures. Could use better skillets and a bigger pot to cook with. Bed in master mattress is at end of its life, but still ok.
The exterior nicely kept and pool area clean. Would definitely rent again."

"Holiday Weekend Rental
First time in this particular unit, but not at the property. Place was cute, clean and served its purpose. Was not as well stocked as others but still okay. Sofa is a sleeper but bedding and pillows for it not provided. More back patio chairs would be nice. Water hose outside (as provided at other units)to rinse off gear as to not track in sand would be helpful as well. The management company are very responsive and great! "

"Beautiful property!
This beautiful townhome is just two minutes from the beach! We loved that it had 3 bathrooms and lots of space for our big family! The kitchen was fully stocked and there was lots of towels and blankets for all the rooms. The property has a beautiful pool and outdoor area. "

"Nice but....
Upon arrival I was impressed and would come back. However, the kitchen had pots and pans but were not what I needed. I had to go a purchase tops for the skillets so that anything I cooked would not splash everywhere. there were not enough towels, glad I brought some from home. "

"October 2022 Columbus Day Weekend
The only reason I did not give this unit a 5 star is because we were only able to access the pool 2 of the 5 days we stayed due to pool deck maintenance. Thank goodness the beach was amazing!This unit looks exactly like the pictures. It was VERY comfortable and decorated very nice. We rented 3 units while we were here and this unit became the favorite spot for the kids to watch watch TV and chill."

"Great stay for a family!
We loved our time in this rental! The beds were all comfy and there was plenty of space for all of us. The pool was nice and the kids love the smaller kiddie pool. There was also a little playground. The only thing we could have used more of was utensils and plates, but having the dishwasher was nice. We’d definitely chose this spot again! "

A wonderful experience for our family. We had plenty of room for a party of 6. Great kitchen.
Loved having 3 full bathrooms. Great pool. Some of the pool guests weren't pleasant, but I'm not sure what could have been done about that. Only problem was getting locked out a couple of times, but the response was very quick and we got in without major disruption."

"Awesome Family Fun!!!
My wife and I took our 3 grandsons for an end of summer coastal getaway. Everything was absolutely incredible! The condo was spacious. And the pool was inviting. The kitchen was equipped enough to make a Thanksgiving dinner!! There are 3 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms plus the living room sofa bed. Kids had an awesome great time as did us adults. Check in and out was easy peasy. And if I may add, not on a negative note because this condo was mega equipped; if you like huge fluffy pillows (like me) being yours from home. No negative remarks whatsoever. Loved it and plan to return again. Thanks!!!"

"OK But Not Great
Listed below are issues we found with Nemo Cay D126K:
• Lawn chair broke while there was someone sitting in it. No one hurt, but things like this can lead to lawsuits!
• Low shower pressure
• Broken hair dryer
• No drain board in kitchen
• Back door stuck and was hard to open
• Flat pillows in one bedroom
• Too much furniture in living room (looks like a flea market)"

"Perfect location
The condo is in a great location. Plenty of room for our family of 5. The only complaint is the cleaning company needs to do a better job cleaning. The floors were sticky and hadn’t been swept. I found a water bottle between the cushions in one of the chairs. The shower liners need to be replaced they are stained. One of the tubs was clogged which they fixed immediately but there was so much buildup on the tub from it not draining the cleaning people should have noticed that. The trash service empties once a week and the dumpsters were packed full & trash was blowing all over the parking lot. Other than the cleaning issues, the pool was great, it was a quiet place. We would definitely book again. "

"Perfect spot for a family!
We've been on a lot of family trips over the years... this was the first time I ever saw tears in my son's eyes when it was time to leave.
The kids had fun in the pool and the small playground next to it but honestly the unit itself was the highlight. It was perfect... clean, VERY well stocked with dishes and all the supplies you might need, lots of light, etc. The property management company was great too... perfect communication, texts with a door code when the unit was ready, a link to click when it's time to check out...
I honestly can't think of one thing that I would want to change about this place."

"2nd time staying at Nemo Cay
Pros - beds were comfortable, plenty of seating space, a/c worked great, washer and dryer in a very convenient location, easy check in and check out, management was very nice.
Cons - master bathroom wasn't cleaned properly, sink still had stains and toilet was taped but not cleaned, sheets were stained, late check-out wasn't available bc it was a holiday even though there was no one coming after me. I had experienced the exact same cleaning issues before so I was prepared with my own sheets and cleaning supplies."

"Beach Escape

We really enjoyed our stay at Nemo Cay. Everything was new and in good condition and clean. I brought extra paper towels, soap, etc., but didn't need it. My only "complaint" was that the floors were just a bit gritty under foot, but I supposed it is hard to get all the sand up. Pool area was really nice and the kids loved it. Short drive to the beach. Would definitely stay here again."

"Great vacation!
This was my first time visiting Corpus Christi. My family and I enjoyed ourselves immensely and the accommodations were 5star. We are sure to come back. There were no problems, however I would recommend mosquitoe repellant to anyone planning a trip there. This however was the only issue if any. We made many memories on this vacation. Check in and out were fast and convenient. You can't beat the properties location the beach was so close by and the fishing piers too."

"Great Experience!
Upon arrival I check in and it was as easy as 1,2,3. Since this place was a new building and not yet on Google maps the gentleman was very helpful and showed me exactly where it was located which is 300 feet from check in. He handed my paper work on the condo and which was the WiFi password, also with local attractions, (which I feel is helpful, if you don't know the area) However, the condo was in very clean condition just as the photos show. the kitchen had plenty of utensils to use, also blender,and coffee pot.There was also extra pillows(2) and lines for extra guest in the closet.Also, I like that there was three full bathrooms, I think there was enough towels but do recommend taking more. The pool was clean and maintained, there where plugs out by the picnic area so if you need to charge your phone or take a radio. Bathroom where near the pool side. The playground area I like a lot because it was in the same area, and the condition was taking care of. Over all the place was great when you have children or just want to relax. "

The only change I would make is more towels.
Also extra kitchen towels. We had to do laundry for our two night stay. We didn't call
