"A great weekend
I brought my wife and 5 boys (ages 2-9) and we had a great time. The property had everything we needed (except for specific items, like food items, which was all clearly communicated ahead of time). The location is a very, very short trip to the beach, and we also had a great time in the pool. My only complaint would be some minor wear & tear, but it wasn't any kind of problem for us."

"Friday-Sunday stay.
The location of the resort was perfect as it was close to the beach where my family went fishing and swimming. The condo uses a key pad for entering the home which gave a sense of security and all sheets/towels were clean. Unfortunately we did not have pool towels or enough trash bags for our stay. The kitchen can most definitely use an up keep. Out of the 3 pans available, 2 were extremely old and used to the point that the food would stick/burn on the bottom and became hard to clean off. After that we did not bother to use much of the kitchen appliances and used plastic plates, forks and knives. Other than that the stay went well. "

"Graduation Weekend
We gathered together from Houston/Pearland to meet family from Maryland at Nemo Cay to celebrate grand kids graduating from different levels of Academia. Our Houston bunch has been coming here exclusively when we go to Corpus for more than a decade. Our unit was clean, well maintained and comfortable. In all we rented three units this weekend. No one had any complaints. We love that it's close to the beach and the kids love the pool. Love the contactless check in so we don't feel rushed. Assistance was available anytime if needed. "Super Nice Stay!
We had a great time at Padre Escapees. The entire facility and condo were extremely clean as well as the pool area. It weas very quiet and relaxing. ONly 2 things i seen that could use improvement. 1. There was no grill outside so we went a purchased a small one and 2. The ac vent in the master room is extremely loud. Every time the ac came on I would wake up. Besides that we would definitely come back to this location again."

Unit should/could have been cleaner, as well as dishes.
Coffee cups had coffee rings inside and had to rewashed.
After the whole coffee cup ordeal, we purchased our own dishes/silverware.
The floors needed mopping when we arrived.
Unit does not have Any cleaning supplies as far as broom, mop, vacuum, etc. A broom and mop and vacuum would make clean up a lot easier.
We purchased our own broom, dustpan and mop.

"Loved our stay but...
Overall the condos are beautiful and definitely a kid friendly place to stay. A home away from home feeling for sure, but this time around there were tiny roaches in the condo. One specifically landed on me while I was cooking breakfast. I would like to go back and even thought about possibly purchasing a Nemo Cay condo, but please exterminate more frequently. "

The rental was very nice, location was great...overall a great time with our family at the beach. However, the back door was broken and wouldn't open. We called the office about it, and instead of offering to have someone come look at it or even come and fix it, they just said someone would come on Monday. So we didn't even get to use the outside area. That was disappointing. The inside of the condo was very nice and very accommodating. "

I selected this property because it was named 'resort'. It did have a pool and a baby pool. there were some grills available. I was expecting more. The actual unit was as described, 2 bedrooms 3 baths. but the couch was stained the dishwasher flap that holds the soap was broken, and a shelf on the refrigerator was broken. There was no nice view, which I thought would come with a 'resort'"

"Nice & affordable but not perfect
There were 7 of us that stayed at this location. The accomodations were nice. It was great to have everything we needed to prepare meals and have all the amenities of home. The only thing that was challenging was the bedspreads/quilts in the room weren't clean and we washed our towels to resuse since we only had one day of towels to use. My parents brought us clean linens from their home to use as well. Otherwise, it was a great location, there was enough room for all of us, and the price was reasonable."

We recommend this property to anyone.The unit is about a year old (practically new). The furniture and mattresses are new. It has kitchen utensils, plates, etc. In short, a very nice unit to say the least.

Property management is great also. They worked with me and were very flexible. Very friendly. I recommend them too.

Recommendations for improvement:
- Update instructions to connect to WiFi.
- Inform visitors unfamiliar with the Island that the closest grocery store is inland.
- Update property description to reflect there are no workout facilities on-site.
- Suggest a few dining places in the property information booklet for those not familiar with the island.

Over all, I am highly satisfied with the property, management, and experience."

"October getaway
Everything was great just one thing that when I got there both of my parking spots were occupied. I got to use one parking spot but the other parking spot was occupied by a blue grand marquis that appeared to be there for a while. It had a flat tire. "
