Everything was great!It was very clean and close to everything we wanted to do!! My only suggestion is to make the pool bigger. It was a little small for the number of units. Overall, a wonderful experience. I would stay here again!!!"

"Bare minimum supplies
Everything is good except bare minimum supplies were provided. I don’t know how this property is different than my previous booking where almost everything was provided. Location, cleanliness and easy access are pros but bare minimum supplies including very limited toilet paper and only one trash bag, paper towel for 12 people registered 2 days rental. Never again. My daughter liked the swimming pool btw. The only reason i book airbnb is having minimum supplies and private space but this one didn’t have minimum supplies. "

This was a very nice unit. We had a large group and it was so nice to have two units so close together! The only issue was that the shelf inside the regrigerator was broken and the icemaker didn't work. "

"Very Nice Place to Stay!
The unit we stayed in was very clean and well stocked. We were very comfortable and stayed cool. The unit would normally be easy to access but do to construction in the area it was a bit tricky. The worst time was at night because there wasn't much signage for the entrance. I would definitely recommend these rentals."

"Kitchen fully stocked
Everything I could ask for from a kitchen. We had access to crockpots blenders an abundance of serving utensils. Cutlery for everyone of our family. Baby friendly. Plenty of extra pillows for me to sleep comfortably. Only complaints was back door was a little sticky. One dead bolt locked the other was stuck. And the water pressure was really low. For someone that has to wash long hair, it took me longer than normal to shower. Plenty of back yard seating for the family. Had a dvd play and nice television in each bed room. Nice large tv in living area."

"Weekend getaway
It was very nice and would definitely redo. The washer and dryer were not working properly. And we had an issue getting a working code for the door. Other than that it was a great relaxing weekend. Wish the hm had a bbq pit located on its back patio as the other rentals do. That would have been such a plus!"

"Excellent getaway!
This was our second visit and I see many more in our future. The unit was clean and well stocked. It was the perfect setup for sleeping. The pool on site is also nice. Great distance from the beach. Management company was always easy to reach with questions and attentive with communication prior to our stay. "

"Great Place to stay
It was great to stay at Nemo Cay Resort. Location is perfect as its neither on the beach nor too far. Just 2-3 mins drive from the beach. Nemo Cay has its own entrance with dead end which means no major traffic or traffic noise.
Unit comes with all the utensils. We brought our own so didn't use any of those. Washer/Dryer are in the unit. Every unit gets 2 slots for Parking. We had 3 cars so had to ask neighboring guest to use their Parking. Additional parking is available in different area. Area was quiet and safe.
All 3 rooms (2 bedrooms and living room) comes with TV. Living room TV wasn't a smart TV so we were unable to cast anything or put on Netflix.
The only issue we encountered was water pressure in upstairs bathroom faucet(one in the sink). I called the Management company to get it fixed but since it was a weekend, it didn't get fixed. It was little frustrating when u have several folks with only 2 bathrooms.
Bunk bed in the bedroom is little closer to the ceiling fan. It can be little dangerous if you have young kid sleeping on it and gets up in the middle of the night and moving his hands all around. Due to this my brother had to share a bed with his son."

THIS IS OUR 5TH STAY AT THE NEMO CAY RESORTS AND WE'VE LOVED EVERY TRIP. ALL THE COMFORTS OF HOME WHILE YOU'RE ON VACATION (FULL KITCHEN, BATHS, ETC.) AS WELL AS BEING CLOSE TO THE BEACH AND OTHER ATTRACTIONS. WELL WORTH THE PRICE. THE STAFF IS EXCELLENT. WE'VE HAD VERY FEW MINOR ISSUES AND THE STAFF IS ALWAYS RIGHT ON TOP OF REPAIRS,ETC. IF YOU'RE PLANNING ON STAYING ON PADRE ISLAND, YOU CAN COUNT ON THIS BEING AN ENJOYABLE PLACE TO STAY.

Very nice place, beds were comfortable and having TVs in all bedrooms was great! I however was a bit disappointed with the lack of cleanliness, we had to remove and launder sheets from master due to hair being all over the sheets. The king room upstairs did not seem to have been swept. "

"Wonderful Stay at the Nemo Cay (108K)
We loved our Memorial Weekend stay at the Nemo Cay Resort #108K. Their customer service is top-notch. I was on the phone during check in because we thought that the door code was wrong, apparently we were in the wrong house. They were very patient with us. Everything was really clean. The house is well-maintained and well-appointed. The bedrooms and restrooms were cleaned so well, there's no mildew/old smell. The only comment would be that the parking could be challenging and also, they would only provide the first day supply (and it was communicated). HEB/other groceries are nearby - 10mins away. All in all, would recommend this place and would rebook in the future."

"Condo was nice but customer service not so great
The condo was nice and comfortable. We had a problem with cars parked in both our “reserved parking”. We contacted the condo representative which happened to be an answering service. He told us they do not enforce the parking policy, so we had to park on the outside of the street a good distance from our condo. So why charge to have a reserved spot is my question?!! Very upsetting. We were also short of towels the next day, the lady on the phone confirmed she did short us some towels and would have them delivered right away. After 2 hours of waiting we called again. Again they told us they would send someone with towels right away. I am still waiting on those towels!! They never showed up. The representative even took my number in case we weren’t at the room for them to call that they were there with the towels and no one ever called. I don’t think I will be staying here again, although the space was very convenient the parking was a nightmare and the issue with the towels made it negative stars. "

"Great space for our Vacation
Unit was the perfect size for out 3 family vacation. Close to public beach access (that you can drive on and have fires). Close enough to Corpus to enjoy restaurants and activities. We enjoyed the property pool area a lot. We were very happy that the unit had washer and dryer too. Downstairs was Master bedroom with on suite bath that was also accessible to the hallway.The Kitchen was open to the large living/dining area. Upstairs a shared bath to two rooms. One room with queen bed, the other with two bunk beds and a queen bed. The management made it very easy and seamless to check in and out. Access codes on doors so no bothering with and keeping up with keys. My only concern...the parking. It is a medium size complex and only two assigned parking spaces per unit. The parking spaces are fairly small (not made for big trucks/suvs although there were a lot of them there) and if you need more than two spaces, parking is on the street outside the complex. Overall we were very happy with the property, management, location, cleanliness and would recommend the stay."

"Great May Long Weekend!
The check-in was quick and very pleasant. (Property Management) is conveniently located by the rentals. The pool area is amazing. The apartment was great. The unit has bunk beds that might need a little tightening; but other than that everything was amazing! I do recommend this place it is very clean and has all the kitchen utensils that you need.

"Nice Decorations
We spent 2 months in this unit. The decorations were nice and it was a good location, with NO View, but close to the awesome German Bakery & Cafe. The furniture is minimum. The unit sleeps 10 but has seating for 5 all of which is VERY uncomfortable. The upstairs bedroom has an analog TV and the cookware really needs updating. This unit would 'work' short term, if you were 'gone' to the beach or pool most of the day, but is woefully 'wanting' for a long term rental. "

We visit Corpus every thanksgiving and always stay in these units. This particular unit was great because the bunk bed room was perfect for all the kids. Everything was clean and tidy when we arrived and better than expected. The wifi worked great and there was plenty of seating for the adults. Overall = A+"

"Family Getaway with parents and in-laws
When I walked into the office to check in, everyone was friendly and the process was smooth and quick! The unit was spotless and had so much space! The room with the bunks was what made it possible for our family to fit.
Our kiddos love the beach, just not the beach water, so they had a great time in the pool. A perk of the pool was that it was shaded in the morning, so we went for quick morning swims before we got our day started.
We had a wonderful extended weekend, and we checked out on a Sunday morning. Since our unit had a combination on the door, it was nice to be able to electronically check out! However, 3 hours later when we got home, my mother was unpacking and she realized she had left her wedding rings, a watch and another ring. She called me in a panic and asked if I could call the property management. Since it was a Sunday, I was expecting I would have to leave a message and hear back from them on Monday. I was so relieved that someone answered. I explained what had happened, and she was so understanding. She looked up our unit and immediately sent someone over to look where my mother was sure she had left her rings. About 20 min later, she called back and told me they had found the rings and jewelry! We weren't so much worried about her watch and other ring since they were just costume jewelry. But her wedding rings were a different story. My parents have been married for more than 40 years, and for my parents' sake I was so grateful they immediately went to look for them and found them. We set up arrangements for them to be shipped back to me, and they came a few days later.
Thank you again for a wonderful place to spend our family vacation, and even more so for helping us to avoid the heartache of losing something that couldn't be replaced just by buying it new again. "

"Overall a good experience
Checkin very easy. The app for padre escapes I found to be very useful. The pool was very nice and well maintained. The place we stayed was clean and had a new feel to it. Slept 10 of us well. Beds comfortable. Not enough seating in the living area- only 1 couch. Kitchen was not very well stocked (minimum plates/bowls, no baking pan/cookie sheet, can opener broken). Nice appliances though. Roach problem, but evidently they do regularly use an exterminator. You'll need to bring hand soap, dish washing soap and laundry detergent if you plan to use these things (you're given 3 pods to use the dishwasher). Can't see the beach but is less than an easy 5 min drive. "

"Very nice people but a disappointment.
First of all, the pictures on-line made it seem that our rental had a swimming pool out our back door. Not true. Only a few rentals around swimming pool. The rest have a parking lot in the back. We had cockroaches and ants the entire stay and that is after having them come and spray for them. The fire alarm went off from 3 am until they finally fixed it at 10 pm. The city had an ordinance against the drinking water because of bacteria in the water and we found out from a restaurant. Our rental company never contacted us to let us know that the water in the rental was not safe. And lastly, the beds are REALLY hard. The 2 king beds and the full size bed were back breaking, uncomfortable. The most comfortable beds were on the kid's bunk beds.
The rental is decorated very nicely and the full kitchen is fully stocked. Was also very nice to have a washer and dryer."
