We had the best time at Nemo cay. The resort is lovely the people we met were all nice and friendly. It’s close to several beach entrances. The pool is perfect for the kids and the grilling area work out great for us. Everything was so nice and comfortable you will definitely feel right at home. "

"Another Great Stay with Issues
My daughter and her family stayed at this unit. Overall, they really enjoyed the unit at 15107 Nemo Cay. They had a few issues, (ants in the kitchen and broken glass) but the rental personnel took care of those promptly. This is the first year they stay in this unit. My daughter said the downstairs bedroom was warmer than the rest of the unit. We had the same issue in 15105...I guess this is not a fixable problem. Severe storms in the area may have caused leaking at the base of her downstairs bedroom. I did notify the Padre Escape know about this problem. Thanks to you all, our family had a GREAT TIME at Nemo Cay and the Island!"

" Perfect Stay for a Large Group!
Our stay at (Property Management), LLC in Corpus Christi this March was fantastic! There were 12 of us, and the property was spacious enough to accommodate everyone comfortably. The location was perfect, with Whitecap Beach just across the street, making it super convenient for beach outings.
The home was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The management staff was also very helpful and responsive. I highly recommend this property for large groups, and we’re already looking forward to our next visit!

"Fun Trip
We enjoyed our stay at the Nemo Cay Resort. Our unit had 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms which was needed for our family. The washer and dryer came in handy. The pool area of the resort was perfect for the wide variety of ages for our kiddos. "

"It's just okay
-plenty of room for our group
-the bedroom on the bottom floor was super hot compared to the rest of the condo...made it hard to sleep
-it was nice to have 3 bathrooms, 2 are adjoining rooms
-plenty of extra bedding and pillows if needed
- the carpet has stains...the stair carpet should be removed
-the coffee pot did not work properly...needs a pot that works with the drip valve
- the living room fan could only be used on low was super loud and shaking excessively on high
-the tvs are hard to operate...need to provide instructions
-the tv in the room with double beds did not work"

"Family Beach Vacation
We had a great time here. We rented two houses because we had so many and it was perfect for us. Our family could go between houses with ease. We arrived and took advantage of the park and pool. It was a very peaceful area and close to the beach."

"Cockroaches and Cold Pool
Got a call from the management company prior to our check-in letting us know the owners had scheduled a bug treatment company to come in at 9am our first morning and that children and dogs needed to be kept away from the chemicals for at least at hour. I told them at 9am that wasn't possible so they rescheduled for later that day. That first morning we found out why they hired a bug company, the house has a cockroach infestation which is probably the real reason you can't leave food as there isn't actually any Texas state law against it that I'm aware of. Each morning of our stay we found roaches in the kitchen and killed them. Not too big a deal but it was definitely gross! The weather sucked but that's no ones fault. We went to the "heated" pool on a chilly day only to find that the kids pool area was NOT heated by any stretch of the imagination and the pool itself was barely lukewarm, even chilly below the first 4 inches of water. The kids played in it but it definitely wasn't warm water. The layout of the house was nice, plenty of beds and space. Appreciated the cots and sleeping pads and loved the location to town and the beach! Overall a lovely little townhouse that needs their bug problem fixed and pool warmed up a bit more. "

"Highly Recommend
We had a great time! The homes were really nice and with all of the condos we were in backing up to each other, it made it really easy for us to hang out. The staff was super helpful in helping us get organized with 5 homes! My only "issue" is some having 1 room that sleeps 6 which doesn't work well with mixed company. "

"Great place for the whole family!
We had a great stay at Nemo Cay Resort D107K. The property was perfect for the whole family with a bedroom and bathroom downstairs for the grandparents and two rooms upstairs for us and the kids. Our kids had a blast in the pool and the playground. Big thanks to (Property Management) for the great customer service and answering all of our questions during the booking process. We can't wait to visit again. "

"Nice short stay
The location was very close to the beach. The place has 2 floors, 1 bedroom on the bottom and 2 bedrooms on second floor. The entire place was roomy for 6 adults and 6 kids. This place did not let us check in until after 6p.
There were many issues that we encountered.
The issue we had with the place was that it smelled of cigarette smoke. It was very uncomfortable for us to try to relax in the living room area with the strong smell. Also, whenever we walked into the place, that is the first thing we smelled.
The other issue we had was that there were no shampoo and conditioner provided. There were body soaps. We tried contacting the host but no reply for the 2 days we stayed. They stopped contacting us as soon soon as they told us we can check in the place at 6p. We understand when we checked in it was after hours, but what about the next day.
While we were looking for extra bedding and blankets, there were several black bags inside the closets. We counted 6 big black bags in total in three closets. The bags were labeled with some tags and we thought they were clean laundry. Upon opening we realized the black bags were dirty laundry. Why have dirty laundry left behind for the next guest? Why did it take up to 6p to finish cleaning if they can’t take out the dirty laundry. We were nervous about the other laundry in the closet after we discovered the dirty laundry.
Overall the place was adequate for a 2 night stay. We liked that the place was big enough for us. We liked that there are 3 bathrooms, except we had to buy three times the amount of shampoo and conditioner. We did not go the common area as we were cautious with the virus. The kitchen was well equipped with some pots and pans, but no seasoning if you are planning to cook. The dining table was big enough for 6 people and there were enough plates and cups.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this property. (Property Management) was very helpful with any questions we had. A couple of things...the dining chairs are a bit dirty, the bedroom upstairs with the king bed had a bathroom with a shower that drains slowly. Other than that the unit was very spacious! We had 8 people in our group plus our small dog and kitten. We never felt like we were crowded in. Fantastic layout! The area was very clean and plenty of street parking since you get 2 reserve spots in front of the unit. There is no grassy area so if you have pets the area by the street has a lot of stickaburrs. Would 100% rebook for another staycation."

"Family Vaction of 10 people
Overall we did enjoy our stay. It was a very convenient location. We really liked that each bedroom had its own full bathroom.
There were a few small issues:
- In one of the upstairs bedrooms the comforter and decorative pillows were stained and dirty.
- There were not enough pans (2 each) and pots (2 each, small). i.e. not enough to make a spaghetti dinner for 10 people.
- The downstairs bedroom was warm and did not cool off like the upstairs bedrooms.
- The pool area was not large enough for the number of guests at the resort. It was very packed and full. ALso not enough grills for the number of guests.
- The pull out couch probably needs replacing. It was pretty worn.

"Making family memories
We were here to celebrate my parents 50th Anniversary. This resort was just right for what we needed. The pool was nice. Perfect and so fun for all of the little kiddos in our group. The grounds were clean. The houses were comfortable. It is only 1 mile away from 2 different beaches and very close to alot of restaurants/stores. We will definitely consider this place next time we are looking to take a vacation. The only negative thing is that we had our dog with us and there is absolutely no where for a dog to go to the restroom. It is only rocks and pavement. There is a field on the side which we tried to use but it is nothing but painful stickers and thorns. They might consider making a grassy area for dogs if some of the units are pet friendly. "

"Family Getaway
It was a great weekend. Only wished it was a little closer to the beach. But the condo we great. Everything was very nice and accommodating. "Nice Weekend Getaway
My family of 5, sister's family of 5, and parents stayed in a 3 bedroom townhouse with Nemo Cay. We spent a couple of days on the beach. The house met all of our needs. A grilling area and play area was perfect for the night that we stayed at the house to grill.
The only thing I saw that could have been a problem is the half wall between the top two bedrooms that is above the stairs. It was a little wobbly and worried me with 3 little kids running around. Other than that, the house and resort area was perfect for us. We were less than a mile from the beach. "

"United Family Christmas 2017
Our family enjoyed Christmas on the Island in Corpus Christi, Texas. The apartment was spacious, clean and the beds were very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and sent maintenance over promptly to fix the dead bolt on the door which was not functioning well. Maintenance crew were very polite and respectful. The only draw back was the worn out couches. I will consider renting a Nemo Cay Resort condo from (Property Management) again."

"Perfect place to stay
Checking in was a very easy process. (Property Management) was amazing at communication. The house was perfect for the 5 adults and 7 kids. It was immaculate and wonderfully decorated. The only issue, and it only bothered 2 out of the 12 of us, was the scent of whatever they cleaned previously with. It was over powering antiseptic scent. I went and bought a febreeze wall unit and problem solved. The 2 that were bothered are very sensitive to a lot of aromas. It did not detract from our stay one bit, and I didn't call the office because why bother them with something I can fix. Will definitely rent here my next padre trip!! Omg I almost left out how amazing the beds are!! Super comfy. Have had 3 back surgeries and most beds are uncomfortable. It was the best rest in a long time. I should have checked the brand!! Thanks for letting us rent your great property!!"

"Slightly disappointed
Due mostly to my own lack of a better search, I was disappointed when arriving and I realized that this rental was not within walking distance to the beach, the home its self was nice and mostly well maintained, the liVingroom furniture was showing wear, and there was back gReade next to the stove like someone set a spatula there and it didn't get cleaned up, other than that the house was clean and in good shape, the pool area was very nice and inviting, with alot of chairs to sit on and a great kiddie pool"

"Awesome Townhouse
This townhouse was very nice, clean and comfortable. The 3 bathrooms were awesome for our family of 10. It was very quiet and the office staff was very professional and the entire booking and checking out process was made very easy. The pool was very nice and the kids loved it. The only negative thing I can say is that there was not very good cold air flow into the downstairs bedroom but the rest of the house stayed cool. However, I would totally recommend this townhouse and we will definitely stay here again. "

"Nemo Cay Stay
Everything was fine - clean, well-appointed and comfortable. We had 11 people in our group (6 adults and 5 children) and we all had beds to sleep in, but it was a tight squeeze. Also, just a minor note to the management company - it would be nice if you provided a few things like tupperware and coffee filters - small things that would prevent people from having to buy whole packages for a 2 or 3 night stay."

"Perfect for a family with kids and pets
The pool was by far the best part of the rental. We went to the pool almost every day. The location of the rental was perfect. The couches were worn down and not comfortable, but we didn't use them very often. The ceiling fan in the master made a loud clicking noise, but once you were asleep, it didn't bother you. As always, we loved the management company and will come back again!"

"Stay at Nemo Cay
Overall we had a good time. The carpet was not cleaned well. Also the linens on some of the beds/pillows did not look like they were changed! Bathrooms were good. Could have had more bath towels to cater to 10 people. We had a question after office hours and spoke to someone on the 800 number. He said someone would call back and that someone never did! A broom would be something that we could use too to keep the place tidy after our daily events. Kitchen was perfect to do the needed cooking. Had everything we needed. The roll away mattress did not have an air pump but thanks to the blow dryer, we managed well enough! The location was good, 2 minutes away from the beach. The new Schlitterbahn was 2 minutes away as well, although it was not fully open. "

"Loved it!!
We were so impressed with our stay and the quality of customer service. The property is clean and the unit was superior. It was stocked with everything you need such as kitchen supplies, etc. The pool was amazing and the playground was a nice bonus for our little kiddos. Great place for families to stay. It was a really short drive to the beach and lots of great restaurants in the area. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend it to others. "

"My family summer vacation at mustang island corpus christi
Very nice, new and good location, just 7 minutes driving to the beach. Many restaurants around and nice kids entertainment golf course close there. But one of the bathroom was missed the hair dryer, we have to share. And we don't have enough trash bags for the kitchen trash can since we stayed there for 5 nights, but we have only two extra trash bags! My husband ask for extra trash bags at the office, but someone there said they don't have! We also have only bath soaps for all bathroom, they should provide shampoos and conditioners."
