This is my third year and it has been a great experience. Quiet relaxing and meeting great people from all over. The onsite staff are great. Close restaurant have wonderful food and friendly staff! The time went by too fast!"

"Beach trip, poolside
We were poolside which was convenient with little kids. We were concerned that the gate between the property and the strip center parking lot behind us was not locked. They’re multiple families coming and going through that gate. We didn’t feel comfortable swimming
Friday evening because the pool was extremely crowded. We didn’t know if many of them were visitors."

"Great Family Vacation
This place was perfect. It had everything that you would need. And it was super clean. I loved it and most importantly the family loved it. We were directly across from the pool and playground. This is the ideal place if you have littles. "

"Fantastic property!
We rented three of these units side-by-side and couldn't be more satisfied! Great condition, well-stocked with everything needed for cooking, etc. Plus it is right next to the pool. Couldn't ask for a better vacation. (Property Management), our rental company, was top notch and very responsive to our needs."

"2022 Winter Retreat
Except for the cold pool and cold weather, it is always a treat to hit Padre Island for winter. The location is wonderful, and the condo was fantastic. No problems."

"Disappointing
We booked last minute because we wanted to have a good idea of what the weather would be like since it was January. When looking at different rentals, I was clear that a heated pool was a priority since my young grandsons would most likely not be able to go into the ocean. When we arrived at the unit, we felt the water and it appeared to be slightly warm but not what we would consider 'heated'. When I called (Property Management) the next day I was told that there was a problem with the pool and it was actually closed. There were no signs stating this. They were surprised I wasn't aware because they thought an email had been sent out a couple of days before. I told them I did not receive anything and only booked a couple of days before. I was upset and asked if there were pools at any of their other properties which we could use and I was told that there were not. After telling them that I would not have booked the unit if I had known, I asked for them to refund our last night there since we decided that we would leave the unit 1 day earlier. They refused but offered a small refund (15%) instead.
I even asked them to apply the night to a future reservation (this was my 5th or 6th stay booked thru them) but they told me that they would take it into consideration the next time we book - depending on the unit and when the booking was. They would not actually commit to an amount.
In addition,. the unit bed configuration had a queen size pull out couch in the living room. It was not usable for an adult. When i told (Property Management) they offered to give us an inflatable bed instead. They brought one to the unit but it deflated as soon as it was inflated so it was of no use to us. They offered another one but we did not want to bother with it since apparently they don't test the inflatables before bringing it to clients.
Overall, we were not happy with the stay which is unfortunate because we have liked booking through (Property Management) in the past. "

"Nice but needed help
The layout of the house was great, very spacious with great access to the pool. We did have to call pest control because there were roaches, and also had to get HVAC out because the a/c wasn't working. We try to make the best of every situation, but it was frustrating. The staff were very polite and helpful with our issues. "

"Great spot
The place was super cute , lots of space cute little patio ! Loved having the pool right behind us ! The check in/out process was awesome and convenient! My only issue and after this I was disgusted and having to check everything to make sure none were there, but I came across TWO huge roaches one in the down stairs bathroom and one in the living room.. I absolutely hate roaches! So this was a turn off for me, other than that as I mentioned above the place was great"

"Great location
The unit was nicely furnished and everything in good condition. The Keurig was a nice surprise. The pool was dirty, mostly top layer stuff that could be taken care of with a net. Bring a water hose to spray down beach stuff. There is a spout by the front door. The king size bed mattress was comfortable. There were a few cob-webs in the ceiling fan but in general everything was clean like the dishes, restrooms and bedding. And yes!, the tv actually worked with streaming ability. "

"Great Vacation Spot

"Great mini vacation
Enjoyed our stay very much. The entire family wants a later repeat. This rental even accommodated my wheelchair paralyzed adult son. This has been the first time since our horrific shooting, that we were able to relax & have fun as a family-Thank You !!!"

"Great Condo
This condo is in a great location. It was nice not having additional complexes around so it’s not crowded. This condo is pool side which made it convenient and the drive to the beach not far. Condo was clean when we arrived and a plus was they allowed us to check in early since it was ready."

"delighful stay
(Property Management) did a great job accomadating our requests. During the week the rental was quiet and the kids loved swimming in the pool. On the weekends it gets busier but we would go to the beach then. Easy to get to things!"

"The vacation rental you deserve!
We loved our stay at Nemo Cay, and this particular unit was so convenient with direct access to the pool. The decor and furnishings were perfect! We come down to Whitecap beach every summer with our kids, but this is the first time we stayed at Nemo Cay. We plan to continue to use (Property Management) for our next and future visits to come!"

"Poolside Condo
Our condo was not cleaned very well. One of the side chairs was so filthy you couldn't sit in it. I filed a complaint the day we arrived and 3 days later it was removed for cleaning --never to be returned. The toilets were not clean - the Housecleaning supervisor came by to inspect. The bed pillows didn't have protective pillow covers & were all stained...mentioned to the Supervisor, but she was unable to do anything about it. The throw pillows in each room were also stained and dirty...just put them in a closet until checkout. The condo really needs a complete cleaning. A kitchen chair was missing...website showed 6 dining room table chairs. Liked the layout and location.
Would recommend if the condo was clean and had new furniture & pillows. Needs some TLC..."

I’d buy this place if I could (ps it is for sale)!! What a great place- the floor plan is great for a family with kiddos! Each room has a tv and is spacious and very nicely decorated!!! The location to the pool and playground is also ideal for a family with kids! The ability to do laundry is an added perk, especially with salty sandy towels and bathing suits being a constant at the coast! Kitchen, living room and added seating makes for a spacious family space. Kitchen has the basics but there is no cookie sheets - just something to kee in mind. :) "

"Winter Vacation
We normally stayed in Rockport or Port Aransas and have been going to that area since 2001. We weren't able to stay there because of hurricane Harvey. We were extremely pleased with the accommodations! Renting through (Property Management) was a breeze and everyone was friendly and professional. The unit was exactly as presented as shown. We would definitely stay there again and recommend it!"

"Family Trip
It was a great stay. The smoke detector kept going off the first night we were there, but when we called in the morning they came and changed the batteries, so we didn't get a good night sleep that night. Other then that it was a great stay. Loved the pool right outside and the beach was just a few minutes a away! Over all we had a great time."

"Right in the middle of the island
As corpus christi locals we chose to stay here to avoid traffic during the 4th of July holiday. From our location we were able to get to all the beaches within minutes. The staff were very friendly. We didnt have any issues with our house nor with the staff. I thought guest parking would be difficult but we didn't have issues with that either. My only complaint is the pool. As adults we had to wake up early to enjoy some adult time before the children came. There was a lot of children diving from the kids pool to the "adult" pool. It was a little frustrating but it didn't ruin our stay. I would recommend this place to tourist. Youre not on the beach but these rentals are in a very private area. Youre close to schlitterbahn, local restaurants, beaches, stripes and about 10 minutes (located in Flour Bluff) from the nearest super HEB. "

Enjoyed our stay in this new family friendly complex. Pool was perfect for our 4 and 6 year old grandchildren. Have stayed at numerous condos on Padre and most have more stocked essentials. Had to purchase: toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher soap, liquid dishwashing soap. Also, no hot pads, large pan was bowed from excessive heat and would not lay flat for cooking. And not quite sure the sheets were clean. But, overall satisfied."

"Great Place
had a great vacation.... Got engaged!!! Loved having a lace the entire famy cod stay. Only a few minor hiccups. The condo spelt like d cooking o do we had to go buy air freshener. There are a few things we had to go buy that I think should'be staples in the house like all purpose cleaner for the counter tops and coffee filters. The back door blinds were broke and the light in the up stairs bedroom was burnt out. The worse were the ants. Although you were kind enough to leave ant spray they were horrible. Within minutes our food was infested. Overall the stay was great!!! PLEASE DO NOT POST THIS REVIEW BE SUSE OUR OVERALL STAY WAS GREAT"

The vacation rental was great except for one exception. There are not enough pots or pans to cook with. We were going to have a family dinner one night and cook spaghetti but nothing was there we could cook with. Also the drinking glasses in the cabinet were dirty and had to be washed before using."

"Great Place!
This place was very nice and we enjoyed it very much! I would love to comeback here if I get the chance. The condo was very clean and modern and everything was well maintained. Our kiddos loved the playscape right out the back door and the pool and splash pad was really nice. (Too bad it was too cold outside to get in and out of!) The staff at (Property Management) was kind and very accommodating. The only problem was that our code to get in the condo stopped working, but they fixed that lickety split. I guess that might be a problem if it happened after hours, but they do have a 24 hour call service that I assume could fix that as well. 5 out of 5 stars!"
