Cancellations made 14 days or less prior to check-in will result in full forfeiture of payments made. Applicable refunds will only be issued to the guest by the same form in which it was made, even if a credit card has since expired or canceled. The above applies to moving dates or switching units as well. We recommend that the guest purchase CSA Travel Protection. There are no refunds for early departures or late arrivals. If a guest does not show up for their stay the total amount paid is non-refundable.

"THE PERFECT GETAWAY
(Property Management) they have any kind of rental properties to fit any ones needs. I always choose this rental because we have pets. And it is just a few steps to the BEACH. Very quite you hardly even no there any other guests there. The pool is very nice. This was our third time staying at these Condos and we absolutely love it every time. Very comfortable King Beds with flat screen tV's. Is a very spacious condo. Well sized kitchen fully stocked to cook pretty much anything you would like, if you would feel like cooking with all the great places to eat on the Island. This was the first time we got a end unit and it was really nice and peaceful. Not taking anything away from the other units they were nice as well. We usually rent for the Holidays like Christmas and Thanksgiving so we cook the dinners to go with the holiday and there was plenty of room to have a BIG Holiday feast. It's the easiest check in and check out I have ever done. They send you a code you get there punch it in and you begin your vacation. Check out it's really hard to do. You have to load dish washer turn it on walk out the door send a text and your done. What!!! THAT IT �� So if you have some time to kill I would go check out (Property Management) Vacation rentals. You cant go wrong they will make your stay the best you want to make of it. There is golf cart rentals very close by as well. So if you want to stay some place where you wake up in the morning and your very first deep breath you take is full of salty sea air and the sound Ocean waves in your ears check this place out."

"Family Vacation
House was great to stay in, very clean and spacious. We did run into some issues. The Coffee machine was broken and I ended up having to go to Dollar Tree to purchase since they could not have a new one over to us until afternoon. We need coffee :) Also, the AC went out which put a damper on our evening. Padre escapes was super responsive in fixing, but we still had to deal with inconvenience."

"Smelled of Mildew, not enough supplies
Way more than 1 block to the beach!! Rented for 4 days for 10 people. Only given 1 extra roll of toilet paper, 1 extra trash bag. Not enough towels, pillows or blankets. The entire house smelled of mildew the whole time we stayed there. Very loud music at the pool every night at midnight. So much sand inside the house. Under the rug, on the couch, by the beds. Pool key didn't work properly kept getting stuck. No response from owners when asked for more toilet paper. Dog poop all in the back yard. Beds are so very hard not comfortable at all."

"Great place near everything!
The rental was nicely decorated and plenty big for 5 adults and a 60 lb. dog. The floors/bedding all seemed clean, the rug under the coffee table had hair stuck in it and needed a deep cleaning. The only other observation is the metal daybed squeaks EVERY TIME you move on it...one adult slept on the couch to not have to listen to it. WD40?"

"Great location
'Beach Please' was the perfect vacation spot. The property management staff was very informative, the property was only a short walk away from the beach (or you could drive to the beach parking lot only two minutes away). All was clean and loved the configuration. Will definitely look to rent in future trips to N. Padre. Thank you. "

Was good but had issues with a/c was keeping house cool so we had to go buy portable fans. The back door wouldn't shut properly if the deadbolt wasn't engage the door would swing open on its own with the wind. But nice location very enjoyable."

The pictures matched the place perfectly. Everything was clean. There was a water hose in the front and backyard which made clean up very easy. The beach parking lot was less than a minute drive. This is our 2nd time staying here, and we have always enjoyed the property. "

Excellent Vacation, great location, although Swimming pool too small to accommodate visitors in same area. Property in great condition, some cooking/baking pans were not clean. Could use another trash bin for the area or collect trash more frequently as trash bin was overfilled. Trash had to be set outside of bin. "

"Beach Please
I just think around $400 a night was a lot to pay. The place was around $150 a night and the taxes around $50. The service fees were around $200 a night. I just think this is way overpriced! Somebody is making some good money. The property was clean and well-maintained. You had very little clearance to get into the master bedroom closet. That bedside table should be smaller and put on the other side of the bed. The place was a couple blocks from the beach; sure seemed like more than 1200 feet. My questions were answered prior to going. I really didn’t like having to send my driver’s license via email and text. Seems like a military ID would be better than a driver’s license, but this was not accepted, even though, it said picture ID. You should put you want the driver’s license, even though I did not like sending this. Don’t just put picture ID, put driver’s license. I was concerned about this being a scam. If someone pays, why do you need this? No other I have rented has needed this. I really did not like having to send my driver’s license via email and text. This should change."
