Cancellations 0 days to 30 days from date of check-in: Guests inside of 30 (to 0) days from arrival date forfeits the full (100%) of the monies paid for the reservation. We recommend purchasing travel insurance. If you have any questions, please reach out.

"Great Ammenities with a PERFECT view of Launches
We had a great stay in this very roomy condo and had the thrill of watching two launches from one of the balconies. It had every ammenity we needed. The grandkids loved the heated pool whene they stopped in to visit. Although the unit is dated, it was clean and supplied new kitchen pots, pans, etc for cooking great meals. The price was good for the location. We enjoyed many restaurants in Cocoa Beach."

"Relaxing Family Getaway
It was in a very good location. It was not in the middle of the hustle and bustle but just a few blocks away. We only had one issue, and she was on it immediately trying to get a repairman on site. The washer would not spin. Being a holiday weekend we were afraid no one would come out. Not only did the repairman show up but Cathy showed up as well and stayed while the repairman was there so we could go on about our day. It was fixed within 2 ours and the rest of the trip was great. The condo is as it describes, older but clean and has everything you need. There was construction going on but it did not interfere with our trip. "

"A new condo experience
Stayed at sandcastles several times before and never had a bad experience until this one. Condo was not well maintained or clean when we got there. I will say when we called they did come quickly and try to correct the problems. The carpet was very nice but very very dirty. New kinds of window covering might be considered because they were broken. A few other major problems were finally taken care of so the the last week of our vacation was fine. "

"Sandcastles
The property was pretty clean (but I feel that I left it cleaner than it was when I arrived) but outdated. The water pressure was not the greatest. There was construction going on on the building facade. There was a drawer face missing from one of the kitchen drawers. One of the sliding doors did not lock. The hot tub did not work for a few days and the manager(?) that was on the premises seemed disinterested and said there was nothing he could do but call someone who would not be there until the following week at the earliest. (this would be after we left) Fortunately, someone else took care of the matter and it was fixed before we left. "

"Spacious condo with partial ocean view
Older condo in very well maintained complex. North facing unit on 4th floor, partial view of ocean looking 45 to 90 degrees from balcony. Good a/c, adequately stocked kitchen. Good wifi, cable tv. Did experience bugs in the kitchen. It's the beach, I get it, there's bugs, but this needs to be addressed (I notified the owner on checkout). I would stay here again."

"Enjoyable stay!
Enjoyable stay! Not at all updated, but still very comfortable and contained all the necessary kitchen items. One stuff chair in living room unusable because the seat was broken and lopsided but other furniture very comfortable. Nice having two bathrooms and two sundecks."

"Good location and clean condo
We enjoyed our stay in this corner condo. It is very spacious, clean and overall in good condition. The only issue we found needed attention was the oven, which would not heat properly. We did let the owner know so hopefully that will be corrected soon. The view of the beach is fairly distant and angles from the patio, but we knew it was not oceanfront. And this 4th floor unit is far from the elevator but right next to the stairs. So keep that in mind. We were very happy with the Sandcastles resort overall in terms of location, safety and parking. They don’t have typical luggage carts but you can usually find supermarket grocery carts in the stairwell (which people use as luggage carts)’ - it would have been very inconvenient to load or unload our car otherwise. The condo should probably invest in some
Luggage carts. Overall we would recommend this condo and we enjoyed our stay."
