"Great Location on the Beach!
This was a perfect location, not congested but close to walkable restaurants and stores. The condo was very clean, view was great, and decorated nicely. It could definitely use a little updating, some things would be minor fixes, like paint touch ups and caulking around showers. It would have been nice if there was some literature in the unit about area restaurants and attractions. There wasn't a pen or pencil in the unit and it's the first time I've ever rented a place without so much as salt and pepper. I left a gift of salt, pepper and pens for the next folks! All in all, I would recommend a stay here."

"Nice condo with great beach ocation
All went well with our rental unit 45 at Spanish Main. The condo was clean and all ready for us at check in. Code was sent several times in emails, which was appreciated. we didn't have any complaints and the condo was accurate with the Vrbo listing. This unit wad comfortable and had plenty of towels. we loved the beach and very pleased with the grounds and walkway to the beach. There were beach chairs and umbrellas to use- which was a bonus. Mattresses could be better, but adequate for sleep. We would recommend this property and would stay her again."

"Great Location on Cocoa Beach
Fantastic location right on the beach in Cocoa Beach. Every morning, we were able to walk right onto the beach directly from the pool area of the apartment. After the beach, there are showers at the pool area to clean off sand before taking a dive in the nicely heated pool. The apartment was stocked as advertised and we purchased our own additional items for the week's stay. Two bathrooms (one with tub-shower combo, and the other with just a shower). Plenty of towels and lots of pool and beach toys to use. There were even some beach chairs available.

We were able to view two nighttime rocket launches right on the boardwalk leading to the beach at the pool area. This was fantastic for the 200 AM launch!

on the down side, this apartment was advertised as a King Size bed, which it was NOT. This is a Queen Bed in the main bedroom (and the two twins in the other room). The sofa also converts into a bed (which we did not try.) The tile floors of the apartment had a film from the cleaning agent used. This needed to be wiped down because it was sticky to walk on."

"The property is wonderful...
The property is nice and wonderful. But I am not fan of the management style. You have to sign another separate contract with a 3rd party who is not part of Airbnb system. Else, you are not able to check in even though you paid the full mount ... and I guess you can’t ask for refund ....
When a property is managed by a company, as a renter you don’t get the same kind of hospitality that Airbnb homeowner provides. I am not picky person but I am speaking by comparing the experiences of my other Airbnb stay. Thanks!
