The condo was nice and very comfortable. Needs some inside repair work ��. The lock system and the way to enter needs to change. The vacation company was extremely kind and helpful. "Hidden Gem!
Had a fantastic time. the Condo was very clean and had everything that we needed. The view and beach was private and amazing. Very quiet area, but everything that we wanted to do was within 20 minutes. Their was a launch while were there, and we had a perfect view from our balcony. The balcony had new patio furniture and also pool furniture was updated. I will rent this again!!!!! "

"Ocean beach villas #203
Location is perfect! Living area and bedding need to be replaced! Couch stinks, dining chairs are filthy, cleaned them myself past 2 years, bedding is same for past 7 years! Deck cushions are all torn and falling apart, locked keys in garage, decent renter would have extra key rather than make renter pay locksmith $120, will not stay in 203 again, price is ridiculous!!"

"Nice place; lousy support
I have already submitted a review to VRBO. I will provide similar information here.

The condo unit was nice and it was very clean.

Support was non-existent.

The TV in the living room and the TV in the master bedroom were connected to a cable service via a Cisco box. Unfortunately, neither Cisco remote control was able to change channels. The CH+ and CH- buttons did not work. I purchased new batteries for both but that made no difference. The problem is that the remotes are broken. There was another TV in the 2nd bedroom and it was connected only to a rabbit-ears antenna! It was useless. I sent an online message and left a voice message for Vacation Central Florida about this and other issues. While living there for 10 days, I received no response.

There were only 5 outside parking spaces. There was a garage but the doors had no lift handles. The one key we had did to the unit did not open the lock on the backside garage door. We purchased a beach chair and beach umbrella. 5 days after our arrival we found a set of 4 additional keys and an electric garage door opener hidden behind a bag of sea shells. One of the keys did open the backside garage door and we found that there were many beach items inside. Had we known, we would not have had to purchase our own. We added ours to the collection when we left. The electric garage door opener did not work. I purchased a new battery for it and then it worked.

Two of the 4 keys had no apparent use. It would have been helpful to have been told what they were for.

The sliding glass door between the living room and porch was very difficult to move. My wife, age 77, could not open it. The one in the bedroom slid easily so we used that most often.

We had received an email stating "CHECK-IN/ARRIVAL INFORMATION FOR Ocean Beach Villas Unit 203- Direct Ocean" that contained only the 4 digit entry code.

I suggest that the management (1) fix the problems; (2)"

"The best view ever!
The place was wonderful. The view is amazing. It was clean. We had everything we needed, I would recommend supplying an electric can opener for guest with arthritic hands. The refrigerator leaked water but if we stopped the ice maker it was fine. "

"Perfect Family Beach Vacation
This condo was perfect! And it was just a very short drive to the pier. I think we had the most fun at the condo... cooking local seafood and going to the beach. We almost had the beach to ourselves. There were more amenities than I expected. We really felt at home away from home. It was furnished with all you’d ever need (but we brought TP and other amenities we needed. Communication was excellent. A book of things to do and places to eat was left on a welcome desk. This rental is a diamond in the rough! I would definitely recommend this stay to friends and family. Mostly, I am amazed by the cost of this stay verses what we were offered!"
