"Anniversary getaway
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ocean Beach Villas. We were looking for something quieter and out of the main rush and this was perfect for us. The place was very clean and the management was great to work with. We loved being right on the beach. We would definitely consider going back again."

"Beautiful Place Guest Bedroom Issues
This is a very nice unit with a beautiful view and steps away from the beach. However,the bed in the 2nd bedroom is makes lots of noise and sinks in the middle. Don't count on a good night's sleep in this bed. Master bedroom is great, with lovely view and comfortable bed. The condo could also use working fans in the bathroom as moisture is a problem. Kitchen and living area is very nice. Cathy, our contact for the rental was wonderful, even taking care of our tv issue. Vacation Central is first class and, most definitely, takes good care of the renters. All in all, a great experience, but owners need to address the 2nd bedroom mattress issue. When you pay to rent a condo,a good night's sleep should not be an issue."

"Disappointed
We have stayed in this particular condo before and other ones in the same block. The outlook is second to none and that had not changed however we booked this one and the one next door for our son and grandkids..sadly the swimming pool was never heated during our entire stay. I did message Cathy who is lovely and they were to have someone come out and see to it..this may have happened but by the time we left we heard that someone was out and it would heat in 7 days!!
Also our particular unit 202 is okay..but the wardrobes in the 2nd room are in a poor state of repair and I spent my first hour cleaning them! My daughter was staying in that room with 2 TV... Extremely old furniture and the bedding was somewhat cover on the duvet?
We love these units but with the pool and the urgent need to update some things it was disappointing. A bit of money spent on this unit would bring it up no end. They are not cheap to rent so a bit of investment in decor in the bedrooms would go a long way.

"Hidden Gem
Immensely enjoyed this rental property for a short getaway. Wonderful location. Unit has been nicely updated. Cleanliness was suburb!! 2nd bedroom does desperately need a new mattress for the queen bed. King bed was wonderful. Overall a really great experience. Great responsiveness from the mgmt team. Hope to come back again. Highly recommend. "

"Cannot beat the view/location, but bring ALL "consumables".
Perfect beachfront location on the quiet, residential end of A1A. Very spacious 2 bed/2 bath apt with new floors/counters and a balcony that spans master bedroom and livingroom. It was bigger and better than I thought. Would absolutely stay again but here's what you need to know: Garage is tight but doable and shared with one apt. Blinds for both balconies need replacing so bring sleep mask. When they say self-service they mean it. Despite what it says in listing: NOTHING is left from previous guests. Note in unit that says cleaning staff take what's left for themselves OR donates to charity. So if you plan on eating in the apt bring EVERYTHING: salt, cone coffee filters, etc. There is NOTHING. This place may not be practical if you are only flying in for a few days having to purchase all the basics for kitchen/bath/laundry (They provide 1 hotel-style shampoo and soap in each bathroom, small bottle of dish soap, single packet laundry detergent, 1 extra garbage bag, 1 cheap roll TP in each bathroom, 1 cheap roll papertowel). If you are concerned with lack of bathroom pix: master full bath is dark, vent doesn't work, shower door seals/tracks need deep clean, big counterspace, fine otherwise. Main bath is 3/4, smaller counterspace, fine otherwise. There are no beach towels, just some toys and popup tent? in garage. Master king bed is firm. Bedding comfortable."

"Great Family Vacation
Condo was very spacious and well appointed. Perfect location with beautiful views of the ocean. Plenty of good restaurants nearby. There where 2 launches from the space center during our stay too. Children loved the Brevard Zoo and the miniature golf nearby. We definitely be back!"

"Beautiful View
Our family stayed here for the weekend and absolutely loved it. The condo was updated and clean. The ocean view was exactly what we wanted. So fun to be able to wake up to the sound of the waves and sit on the porch first thing in the morning. The beach was not crowded and we really enjoyed being within walking distance. Such a fun little weekend trip. We will definitely be back!!"

"Amazing view! Quiet complex.
This “ updated” condo had the best views of the ocean. Very convenient and great floor plan. We enjoyed our stay but with a little TLC this stay would have been much better. Kitchen counters and flooring and a few bathroom updates were very nice. Everything seemed clean. However, the cabinets were old and seem to be original and the updates to bath room were only partial which looked really weird. Bathroom fan didn’t work and the one table fan in the front bedroom was propped up by a piece of wood.
The linens and pillows were very cheap and the photos did not represent what the furniture and linens actually looked like.
The elevator was broken upon arrival and out of service for 3 days. This was mainly an inconvenience due to carting heavy suite cases up the concrete steps.
Most condos do tell you to supply pretty much everything you will need except linens , which this did. They are right. There were a few starter items but not one chip clip, baggie, beach chair, package of salt or anything.
The hardware (locks) on sliding doors to the balcony we’re gone . Only broken wooden piece of wood to lodge in the track of the door. This was a pain to bend over to dislodge it every time we wanted to go outside in the patio. Seriously, with just a small budget, a little effort and some TLC this place could be amazing. There is a shared garage which was nice once the other person “ sharing” it moved his car to one side so that we could also use this space. We contacted the managing agent about the garage and she was very helpful and pleasant! Yes, part of this condo was updated and that part looked nice but it made the non updated parts and cheap linens even more obvious. "

"Cocoa beach visit
Couldn’t ask for a better location and view. That was the only plus though. Beds not comfortable, no hot water in the second bathroom or washer or dishwasher. Did call about it and they said they’d send someone out. We decided to not have to stay home for workers on vacation "

"Traveling the east coast of Florida.
We spent one week there. The location was absolutely wonderful. We were able to see a rocket takeoff from the Kennedy space Center the beach is right there. The condo itself was very nice. Had trouble figuring out the TVs but we weren’t there to watch TV anyway.
The master bath could probably use new shower doors. Everything else was very good for kitchen. Washer dryer. Also what I liked was the idea that I did not have to do a bunch of laundry before I left. It seems nowadays with VRBO‘s. They want everything clean before you leave. I did do some laundry before I left, but I did not feel like I had to because of their cleaning policy.
Also, we could not get the garage door to open or we couldn’t figure it out for parking. I’m not sure if a vehicle would fit in there anyway"

Wonderful stay!! The furniture was nicely updated and very stylish. Decorated beautifully. It was cozy and welcoming. Absolutely LOVED the location!! It was so amazing to be RIGHT on the beach with the sliding balcony doors! A dream. My kids loved it as well. Will definitely stay there again. "

"Wonderful vacation spot
My family and I enjoyed the condo very much! It’s beautifully decorated and the beds were super comfortable! Convenient location to several different restaurants and shopping centers. The beach was awesome and the view from the balcony was incredible! The only thing we didn’t enjoy was the pool because there was no filtration system and the water looked stagnant."

"Wonderful family getaway
We loved this rental. The view was beautiful, the place was very clean, and location was great. We enjoyed not having a lot of people on the beach in front of the place. Other places were very crowded so the fact that most of the time we were alone on our beach (I'm sure time of year could change that) was fantastic and made the stay that much better. We will definitely be staying here again in the future."

The outside of the condo is very misleading. The condo is updated and very comfortable. Everything we needed was provided. The view from the balcony is amazing . Dolphins everyday! In addition, this was the cleanest place I have ever rented. We were shocked! "
