This great tri-level unit features a beautiful lake view from atop the hillside in Carnelian Bay.
Tiled entry way on lowest level leads to two bedrooms; one with lake view, deck, flat screen TV and ultra-plush King bed, the other with comfy Queen bed and cute window seat. These two bedrooms share a recently updated full bath. Stacked washer/dryer in the hallway.
Up one flight to mid-level living area with cozy leather couch and easy chair, remote-controlled gas fireplace, dining table for 7 plus 3 bar stools at kitchen counter, large HDTV/DVD with - sound system and deck with gas grill. Nicely updated kitchen has new cabinets and gorgeous marble counter tops. Master bedroom with Queen bed and recently updated full bath are also on this level.

Cancellations made 30 days or less prior to arrival, for tenancies less than 15 nights, and less than 60 days for tenancies 15 nights or greater, Guest will forfeit any monies received for the rental, unless the property can be re-rented for the cancelled period under equivalent terms and conditions as included herein, the Owner, through Manager, will refund all monies received, with an exception of the 10% cancellation fee (minimum of $100),.
