Welcome to Casa De Los Sueños, the place where all your oceanfront vacation dreams really do come true! The home is a magnificent 4-bedroom property, located directly on the sand in Carlsbad, California. This stunning house boasts breathtaking ocean views that can be enjoyed from the expansive living area and from two of the four bedrooms on the property. The interior of the home is tastefully decorated with high-end furnishings and modern amenities and is truly the perfect location to make memories with friends and loved ones alike, that will surely last a lifetime.
The home features an open-concept living and dining area with floor-to-ceiling windows that provide unobstructed views of the ocean and coastline, to Dana Point and beyond. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for entertaining and features everything you need to create delicious meals to be shared with friends and family. There are four well-appointed bedrooms and three full bathrooms. There are three king beds and one queen in this unit. Just outside the door that accesses the rear yard space, on the North side of the home, you will also find a barbeque ready for all your grilling endeavors. The attached two car garage is exclusively for Unit A’s use and is also where you will find all the supplies you need to have a special day on the sand.
Separating the home from the beach is a spacious, tiered, shared yard for all three units to enjoy. Relax and lay out on the chaise lounges on the upper lawn area, cozy up around the firepit, or perhaps enjoy an al fresco meal at either of the two large dining tables on the lower area. All of this within a few steps of planting your toes in the sand and enjoying a wonderful day on the beach. The home comes stocked with beach chairs, umbrellas, and boogie boards so all you need to bring is your swimsuit!
Nearby amenities can’t be beat, with the very best of Carlsbad Village just a short walk away. From the best local restaurants and bars to all the entertainment and shopping your heart could desire, you’re truly in the heart of all the action while still feeling removed enough to give that whole rest and relaxation thing your very best effort.

- Due to the mild coastal climate, this home, like many in the area, is NOT equipped with Air conditioning.
- This property enforces a No Smoking policy, both within and outside the home - NO EXCEPTIONS
- This home is located in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no-tolerance policy around loud noise, excessive drinking that is disruptive to neighbors, over-occupancy, and parties. Violations of this policy will result in deposit forfeitures and/or evictions that are strictly enforced.

If I (WE) cancel our reservation more than 60 days prior to the occupancy date, the deposit is fully refundable minus a $350 cancellation fee and 4% credit card processing fee. If I (WE) cancel 60 days or less prior to the occupancy date, PSP will make every attempt to re-book my (OUR) Reservation. If PSP re-rents the property for the week of my (OUR) reservation at full price, I (WE) will receive a refund equal to 100% of the total paid minus a $350 cancellation fee and 4% credit card processing fee (if applicable). If necessary, PSP may re-rent the property for the week of my (OUR) reservation at a discounted rate in order to secure a last minute reservation. In this case, I (WE) will receive a refund equal to the newly discounted rate minus a $350 cancellation fee and 4% credit card processing fee (if applicable). If PSP is unable to re-rent the property for the week of my (OUR) reservation and the cancellation occurred 60 days or less prior to the occupancy date, the deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations to multi-week reservations are subject to the same policy, however a 10% cancellation fee of the total rental rate, and 4% credit card processing fee (if applicable). Partial cancellations to reservations of one calendar month or longer that result in a night count that is less than one full calendar month are subject to Transient Occupancy tax, in addition to the policies outlined above.
