The home features an open-concept living and dining area with floor-to-ceiling windows that provide unobstructed views of the ocean and coastline, to Dana Point and beyond. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for entertaining and features everything you need to create delicious meals to be shared with friends and family. There are four well-appointed bedrooms and three full bathrooms. There are three king beds and one queen in this unit. Just outside the door that accesses the rear yard space, on the North side of the home, you will also find a barbeque ready for all your grilling endeavors. The attached two-car garage is exclusively for Unit A’s use and is also where you will find all the supplies you need to have a special day on the sand.

Separating the home from the beach is a spacious, tiered, shared yard for all three units to enjoy. Relax and layout on the chaise lounges on the upper lawn area, cozy up around the firepit, or perhaps enjoy an al fresco meal at either of the two large dining tables on the lower area. All of this within a few steps of planting your toes in the sand and enjoying a wonderful day on the beach. The home comes stocked with beach chairs, umbrellas, and boogie boards so all you need to bring is your swimsuit!

- This property enforces a No Smoking policy, both within and outside the home - NO EXCEPTIONS
- This home is located in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no-tolerance policy around loud noise, excessive drinking that is disruptive to neighbors, over-occupancy, and parties. Violations of this policy will result in deposit forfeitures and/or evictions that are strictly enforced.
