The interior of the home is tastefully decorated with high-end furnishings and modern amenities and is truly the perfect location to make memories with friends and loved ones alike, that will surely last a lifetime.

Unit B can be found on the home’s lower North side and features the picturesque views and ambiance that one would expect from an oceanfront rental. After a long day spent playing in the sun and sand, you will surely look forward to kicking your feet up an unwinding in front of the TV, playing a heated game of foosball, or even just sitting back and sharing in endearing conversations with friends and loved ones. There are two bedrooms in the unit, one with a king bed and one with a queen, as well as one full bathroom. There is a fully stocked kitchen and a picturesque dining area to sit back and share a meal while taking in the show mother nature is putting on for you, right out front. There is also a wonderful patio space for exclusive use by the unit, complete with a large, outdoor sectional couch and barbeque.

Separating the home from the beach is a spacious, tiered, shared yard for all three units to enjoy. Relax and layout on the chaise lounges on the upper lawn area, cozy up around the firepit, or perhaps enjoy an al fresco meal at either of the two large dining tables on the lower area. All of this within a few steps of planting your toes in the sand and enjoying a wonderful day on the beach. The home comes stocked with beach chairs, umbrellas, and boogie boards so all you need to bring is your swimsuit!

- This home is located in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no-tolerance policy around loud noise, excessive drinking that is disruptive to neighbors, over-occupancy, and parties. Violations of this policy will result in deposit forfeitures and/or evictions that are strictly enforced.
