"Beautiful condo in beautiful area of Florida
Clean, spacious, comfortable furniture and bed, great views, pool was at 81-82 degrees and cleaned every morning we were there. We were in unit 402 and hope to return! The property Manager Cathy was quick to make sure we were comfortable."

"Wonderful ocean view condo
We were very happy with unit 402; its location was superb (ocean view from almost all the windows) and the layout was easy to move around in with lots of space. The air conditioning was a godsend as it was very hot and humid on the Florida Space Coast the last three days of our stay. We not only had excellent views of the ocean but also of the fantastic lightening storms that lit up the skies a couple of nights. The only complaints I have are--there is one slat missing in the window slats over the door to the deck, and the washer/dryer combination was a bit confusing so I never used it. Fortunately there are washers and dryers available elsewhere in the complex so if you don't want to use it you don't have to. A last complaint is that the key to the unit (there are two; one is in the room, the other is in a lockbox off location) is kept in its lockbox in such an obscure spot off location we had trouble finding it. But all in all it's a great unit and I recommend it to anyone looking for a good, clean, comfortable place to stay in the Canaveral/Cocoa Beach area. And that was another plus--great location, not far from Orlando, Kennedy Space Center, or other attractions you could easily drive to. "

"Awesome Stay!
Recently stayed for a week and loved the condo! Very clean place and had everything you could need while away from home! No complaints about the condo itself at all! There was only one elevator working at the time which got a little frustrating during busy times but no fault of the room itself! The balcony door handle was unscrewed at the bottom and we couldn't find a screwdriver to fix ourselves but all other amenities were tip top!"

"Perfect for a Family Vacation.
Perfect location for a family vacation. The Condo had plenty of space for my wife and I and two teenage boys. 2 bathrooms was a major plus. The Condo was clean and well prepared for us to arrive.
The pool and beach were both right outside the door and there are a number of restaurants within short driving distance. I highly recommend staying here. "

The property was clean, well maintained and in good condition, though carpets could use cleaning. Appliances were newer including the combo washer/dryer. We had everything we needed, including great views of the pool, beach, ocean and rocket launches. "

"Excellent rental
From an easy check in to an easy exit, we had the grandest of times. The kitchen is well stocked...even left us a few welcome items. The place is spotless. The furniture is well arranged, functional and new. The only complaint would be the king mattress. It wasn’t comfortable. We enjoyed coffee on the patio every morning and the view is fantastic. The location is excellent. Don’t let the exterior building fool you. It’s a great rental. We’ll be back!"

"Our review
We enjoyed our stay in Cape Canaveral. However, the condo is very dated with older wicker furniture throughout which appears to be original when built. The TV's were small and no TV was in the 2nd bedroom. Patio furniture was old and would sink in when sitting in the chairs. Old ceiling corded lights, Both vertical blinds in the bedroom and living room had broken blinds letting light in and reducing privacy. No washcloths, only 2 hand towels. The soap container for the dishwasher was non-functioning so when the cycle was up the soap was still in the dishwasher. The washer/dryer combo was confusing with no instructions how to use. Had to google to find how to operate. Discovered it took 5 1/2 hours to complete a wash/dry cycle. The key system for the complex is very cumbersome, needing a key to get on the elevator, to enter the stairwell, to enter the pool, to exit the pool, to exit the gate to the beach, to enter from the beach, and finally to get into your condo. Upgrade to a key pad system like most modern complexes would be nice. There is no hot tub on the complex. If upgrades to the condo is not going to take place then a significant discount should be given. The Manager and housekeeper were very responsive when I requested a 2nd key. We really enjoyed the restaurant's by the cove. The condo was cleaned but not maintained, dishwasher, blinds, twin bed, corroded battery in TV remote (would not work). The property description should include that the condo has not been updated so clients will know what to expect. "

"Beach Trip 2020
Our stay was amazing. We have been on many trips but I have to say booking through Vacation Central Florida has been my favorite by far. Booking, check-in and check-out were so easy. My favorite part was not having to clean and do laundry before we left. We did wash towels and dishes before we left but it was not required so we got to spend our last few hours enjoying the beach instead of cleaning. Now that’s a perfect vacation. Thank you so much for sharing the condo with my family. We truly enjoyed every minute. "
