We love this location. Medano Beach is a five- minute walk away. Many popular restaurants are also a quick walk from the condo. Even though it's right in the action, you feel you've escaped once you enter the beautifully landscaped common areas. Condo is very quiet inside.

5 minute walk to Medano Beach, very safe for swimming.
Taxis are readily available downstairs at the mall. Walking to restaurants and activities is recommended. The best swimming beach in Cabo is a five minute walk away.
*Note, UBER is brand new in Cabo. I have not used it enough to recommend with confidence.
This is in a very safe area of Cabo. The complex has security patrol and there are bi-lingual tourist police located on marina. There are no gas appliances in the unit, all electrical.
