The Bodega House is the perfect blend of country & coastal charm. Enjoy this beautiful ranch-like home w/ a pastoral setting adjacent to the Pacific Ocean! Its central location makes it perfect for exploring all the wonders of the ocean & the charming nearby town of Bodega Bay. Being surrounded by horse pastures adds such a peaceful atmosphere, perfect for a relaxing getaway. Across the street is the Coastal Prairie Trail Access to Salmon Creek, Bodega Dune Beach, & Farmer's Market (May through October Sundays; 10 a.m. to 2 p.m).
We are certain everyone will have a fantastic time exploring the nearby beaches, indulging in delicious seafood, & enjoying the cozy comforts of this sweet home!

CANCELLATIONS / REFUNDS / TRAVEL INSURANCE:

Cancellations: As an initial deposit, we take 50% of the reservation total at the time of your booking.  The remaining balance will be automatically charged to the card on file 60 days prior to your arrival date.

Should you need to cancel prior to final payment (60+ days prior to arrival date), you will receive a full refund of your initial deposit.

Cancellations made after final payment (within 60 days of arrival date), are not eligible for refund.  You are financially responsible for the entire amount of the reservation less cleaning and pet fees.  Please consider purchasing travel insurance in order to be eligible for reimbursement of non-refundable prepaid travel expenses. 

Refunds: Conditions beyond our control i.e. weather, road conditions, power outage, government mandated travel restrictions, TV outage, phone outage, Wifi outage, Hot tub problems or guest emergencies do not constitute a basis for refunds.

Home as advertised. Took Mom to visit Brother in Bodega Bay. His home was a walk away. Home had lots of space to spread out and gather with family. Would stay again."

"Awesome for family with kid in bodega bay. PERFECT LOCATION!
This is the BEST place I have ever rented! ! It is right next to hwy 1, perfect location. It is less than 5 mins to those famous restaurants eg fisherman cove, Poud crab, and the tides, and all other popular local candy stores. And we particularly drive to beaches daily and some are less than 5 mins drive away, it makes the trip so easy for us! Bodega head is like 10mins away and Petaluma historic downtown is like 45 mins away . The house is spacious, huge living room, big kitchen and bedrooms. I have a little kid who had wonderful time playing in door daily. He enjoyed the sunroom and loft area so much. This place is newly remodeled with great taste and very clean. The staff is very helpful, they picked up my call and provided quick solution like 9pm. The big game room with sand bags is wonderful for little kid. Every morning, we wake up with seeing cows and horse from next door ranch with hill views, it is just very beautiful and fun! This place can easily fit 6 people, and I would highly recommend it if you plan to go to bodega bay! My only suggestion is to place a clock in living room. "
