This spacious 4th-floor villa has fabulous oceanfront views from the living area, master bedroom, and balcony.

The fully renovated kitchen has quartz countertops, brand new cabinets, and appliances, and is fully equipped with everything you'll need to cook for the entire family. The dining room table seats six, as well as a breakfast bar with three stools. The living room completes this open concept villa with its comfortable brand new sofa and couch and brand new 65-inch Samsung Smart HDTV with smart apps like Netflix, Prime, and Cable TV. New luxury vinyl plank tile flooring is on display throughout the villa.

The master bedroom consists of a king bed, a 65-inch HDTV with Roku and other smart apps, and an attached master bathroom. The master bathroom is nicely updated with a custom tiled walk-in shower. The guest bedroom consists of two queen beds, a 65-inch HDTV with Roku and other smart apps, and its own fully renovated attached bathroom as well. This guest bathroom has a glass tile wall with a tub and shower combination.

• Before 61 days of arrival date we will refund the initial payment after the forfeiture of the booking processing fee plus tax and the Credit Card fee plus tax if applicable.
• Between 60 and 31 days prior forfeiture of 50% of the total booking charges.
• Inside 30 days of arrival date all payments are nonrefundable

Long Stay Reservations – reservations for 28 days or more.
• Before 91 Days of arrival date we will refund the initial payment after the forfeiture of the booking processing fee plus tax and the Credit Card fee plus tax if applicable.

Storms - There are no refunds given for cancelation or interruption of your stay due to an event of inclement weather including: a tropical storm, tropical depression, hurricane, or named storm, and all payments will be forfeited. "Amazing views and perfect Hilton Head stay
We loved our stay at 450 Captains Walk! The views are absolutely amazing, and the unit is very well-equipped with everything you need for a comfortable vacation. The location can’t be beat—just steps from the beach, within easy walking distance to a few local restaurants, and with convenient access to a great pickleball and tennis club.

The villa was very clean and comfortable, making it easy to relax and feel right at home. Check-in was simple and smooth, which made for a stress-free start to our trip.

"Perfect Getaway
I went down for a girl's vacation. The condo is beautifully decorated with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen fully stocked. Location is perfect. Walking distance to a few restaurants, general store, bike rental and tennis/pickleball courts. And last but not least you cannot beat the view. We enjoyed morning coffee on the balcony, a few meals and evening cocktails with a spectacular ocean view. Hope to go back soon int he spring."

"Great stay at Captain’s Walk 450
Captain’s Walk 450 is nicely furnished, well stocked and has a great view of the beach and ocean. The villa was immaculate and the rental company was flexible and responsive. The only drawback was that people on a floor below us used their balcony as a smoking lounge, which made our balcony pretty unpleasant when they were on theirs. That wouldn’t keep me from renting this unit in the future: it was overall a great stay. I would just wish that the property management enforced a non-smoking rule for the property, balconies included. "

"Beautiful Oceanfront Condo
We absolutely loved our stay at 450 Captains Walk. The condo is light and bright and has an overall great feel about it. We were instructed to bring beach towels, however the unit was equipped with beach towels along with chairs, umbrella and a cooler. The outside corridor lights are very bright, so if staying in the guest room, you may want to bring a sleeping mask. Gorgeous views from the balcony and comfy couches. Great location. It was very quiet at night. Highly recommend this property."

"Clean, Convenient and Great View
My husband and I stayed in this condo the first few days of November 2022. It was comfortable and had a great view of the pool and ocean. Staying on a lower floor I believe would not have been as good. The decor was tasteful beachy. Kitchen was fully stocked with cookware and utensils. We were able to prepare our breakfasts and lunches with no problem. Beds and linens were great. Master bathroom was large with a nice walk-in shower. Master bedroom overlooked the pool and ocean. One note- be careful walking around the master bed. The legs of the bed are mounted on the outside of the frame and are hazardous to toes and shins!"

"Captains Walk 450 June 2022
We've been fortunate to visit Captains Walk several times over the years and this condo is the best we've stayed in so far. The owner has done a great job remodeling the unit and making it feel fresh and new. Everything from the furniture, bathrooms, flooring, kitchen, and decorations are all new and beautiful. This unit doesn't have any of the wear and tear that other units display.

In addition to the great condition of the unit, it had every amenity needed for a wonderful beach trip, from kitchen utensils to beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas, etc.

We loved our stay and will definitely be back in future.

Only minor negative, master bed wasn't comfortable as it sloped into middle."

"Location, location, location!
The condo is nicely decorated with an outstanding ocean view. The unit was extremely clean. We didn’t do very much cooking but the kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, utensils, glasses and dishes. The only negative that I feel needs mentioning is the guest bathroom tile floor is quite slippery and the small bath rug was sliding. We had a slight issue using the living room tv but a representative from the realty company came and explained how to use the remote. "

"Beautiful Property
Let me start by saying. This property is beautiful. The owners have done an outstanding job with renovations and decorating the property. You can tell they take pride in their home. We would definitely stay here again.
The only negative for us was that the washer was broken when we arrived. Although the management company was polite and helpful, they called for repairs immediately, they didn't offer an alternative or compensation for the inconvenience. I expect more from such an expensive rental. I had to ask for access to an empty unit in another development down the street to wash our clothes for the week. I hope the washer will be fixed before the next family arrives."
