2. Security Deposit - $500 is immediately charged at time of booking. If the property is left undamaged, keys & parking passes returned, your security deposit will be refunded within 45 days after check out.

If the Premises are not re-rented on the terms set forth herein, Tenant will not be entitled to a refund of any rent payment made hereunder. Whether or not the Premises are re-rented, Tenant, rather than Agent, shall be responsible for seeking reimbursement of any fees paid by Tenant to Agent for goods, services, or benefits procured by Agent from third parties for the benefit of Tenant that may have been paid out prior to Tenant’s cancellation.

"Lovely location!
First let me say Cannon & Gruber staff are incredibly friendly and professional,everyone I dealt with was pleasant. The unit has an Amazing location, great views of sound and sea side,with easy access to the sand and waves.
Loved the exterior amenities all nicely maintained and easy to use. The A-18 unit is cute and freshly updated but, needs some aged furniture replacement. We had some minor issues with cleanliness (crud on baseboards, very thick dust on all ceiling fans,heavily mold covered shower curtain. Our major issue, however,was with the poor condition of the couch which was supposed to be our 3rd bed. Couch had large blood smear on cushions, was significantly caved in with particle boards stuffed under the cushions to keep it from sinking,and the bed did not want to extend out as needed. "

"Decent Condo rental / needs some upgrades
The queen bed needs to be replaced ASAP. The couch also was not very comfortable. Other than that the place was fine. It's somewhat dated and could use some upgrades. Wouldn't take much. Also some taller deck chairs like most of the other condos have so you can see above the railing."

"Amazing Family Get Away
This was the perfect place to house my family. Beautiful views, close to the beach and pool. The Condo itself was so comfortable and well put together. I am so thankful that the home owners allowed us to share their personal space. My mom got to relax, my brother and his children got to experience a true beach vacation as they are from New England. I can say enough about Canon and Gruber as well. There professionalism should be commended. I will always choose them first to assist with a booking in the future. If you want a perfect experience everyone should choose Canon and Gruber and take a chance on this property. It was simply perfect. Thanks Again "

We enjoyed the location and views of the beach. Could even see the intercoastal waterway. The property was very airy and light. The unit does need to replace the mattresses. "

It was a weekend get a way. The Condo is in a good location, close to the beach. It was clean and comfortable. My only issue was with internet, we were never able to get connected to the WIFI. Other than that we had a great weekend."

"Anniversary Trip to the Beach
The place was clean and well taken care of. There is a direct view of the ocean from the deck. All appliances worked and everything that we needed was provided for. This was a nice place. The beach is really nice and the water was wonderful."

"May Weekend Getaway
