This oceanfront complex is fun for the whole family. Located in the heart of Atlantic Beach, near Fort Macon State Park. Close to area shopping and restaurants.

2. Security Deposit - $500 is immediately charged at time of booking. If the property is left undamaged, keys & parking passes returned, your security deposit will be refunded within 45 days after check out.

If the Premises are not re-rented on the terms set forth herein, Tenant will not be entitled to a refund of any rent payment made hereunder. Whether or not the Premises are re-rented, Tenant, rather than Agent, shall be responsible for seeking reimbursement of any fees paid by Tenant to Agent for goods, services, or benefits procured by Agent from third parties for the benefit of Tenant that may have been paid out prior to Tenant’s cancellation.

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo is clean, the furnishings are nice, the bed was comfortable, the water was hot and had good pressure. The view and the beach are the best on the island. Nice place. Very clean and in good shape. However I would not recommend for anyone who has any health issues that would prevent them from climbing stairs. The unit is in the third floor and the condo complex doesn’t have an elevator. That’s something I probably overlooked in the listing. However it wasn’t an issue for us."

"Great spot
We were so impressed with our accomidations. Several reasons: 1) clean! 2) organized 3) up-to-date decor 4) open feeling in condo 5) great view of ocean 6) great location to go to beach or other activities 7) affordable 8) surrounding grounds and condo complex kept very clean and safe 9) comfortable temperature in condo. Only need is an elevator to the facility, as it was a bit challenging to move all items up and down 3 flights of stairs."

"Great Week at Seaspray 345
My wife and I had a wonderful week at this condo. It was very clean and had all supplies and kitchen equipment necessary for a great time. Balcony views were great.We loved the layout of the condo. King bed was a little firm but we adjusted. We knew there was no elevator, but it would be helpful for future vacationers to know this. Would definitely want to rent this condo again. It made out vacation even more special!! "

"Spectacular view!
We were pleasantly surprised to find this gem at the last minute. The condo was recently remodeled and was light and bright newly decorated in a beachy theme. The ocean was visible from the living room and main bedroom. The unit had everything you would need with kitchen accessories and washer /dryer. It was supplied well with soaps, towels, paper goods and even bbq charcoal and lighter fluid. They also provided many books, games etc.

The only downfall was that there was no elevator to lug suitcases, groceries etc up to the third floor. This should be made clear to people beforehand, as many may have physical impairments which would be impossible for them to maneuver the stairs. There was also a musty odor, which we resolved by keeping the screen door open me windows open. We plugged the garbage disposal also. We found the mattresses to be extremely firm also, not very comfortable.

All in all, we were very pleased with the condo and the beautiful ocean view and proximity to the ocean. We would rent again."
