The villa covers 150 m2, in a terrain of 4.500 m2, it is spacious and opens out on to large verandas and terraces bordered by oleander olive and pine trees.

At the ground/main level, one enters a large L-shaped sitting room which is furnished with comfortable leather sofas and has a dining table set to the side with windows which have a full view of the pool area and towards the sea. A flat screen TV and music center is found on a side table near the fireplace and the French doors lead to a spacious terrace offering outstanding views over the olive groves to the sea and the swimming pool behind.

The kitchen, down a few stairs, is separated from the open plan sitting/dining room by a low wall with railings. It is fully equipped with full sized fridge freezer, oven/cooker, microwave, toaster, blender and more. The tall French Doors lead directly out to a terrace which connects with the sitting room terrace and offers some of the most breathtaking views in all of Alonissos.

The kitchen terrace is furnished with a breakfast table and plenty of seating for the entire family. At the opposite end of this huge terrace is a comfy sofa set with chair, ottoman and a low coffee table where one can sit and enjoy the stunning views or cozy up with a good book.

From the main level continuing up a few stairs, one reaches a large bathroom that is shared by both the upper level bedrooms. This is a spacious modern room with a full bath, decorated in exquisite Italian tiles. A few more stairs up, lead to the first bedroom which is furnished with a dressing table, full sized wardrobe and double bed. This bedroom offers unending views of the blue Aegean. Its private balcony is furnished with comfy chairs and a table. Also at the upper level there is the second bedroom with two single beds, wall to wall wardrobe and dressing table.

The master suite of the house is situated at the lower level, close to the sea and beach, literally just steps from its terrace. This enormous room has a huge double bed, in a beautiful oriental style, which sits low to the ground and fits perfectly under the huge picture window behind. The room is fully furnished with a wall to wall fitted wardrobe and has an in-room Jacuzzi. The modern walk-in shower, w/c and wash basin is located at the back of the room and is partitioned by a colorful glass block wall. The room is equipped with a huge flat screen TV complete with home cinema, DVD/CD player. One can picture the complete luxury of unwinding with a favorite film on screen whilst enjoying a Jacuzzi soak to fully release the tensions of the day.

In addition, in the privacy of this luxury suite, a hidden kitchenette is at the disposal of those not wanting to emerge into the main house for breakfast or an evening snack. With cupboard doors closing it off completely, this small kitchen unit is complete with cooking rings, fridge, kettle and enough crockery and utensils. Besides an indoor seating area, there is also a door to the spacious terrace where al-fresco meals can be enjoyed.

The lovely outdoor spaces are the highlight of the villa. It sits in a private walled and gated property with Villa Ammos situated at the bottom and in the front of beautiful beach of Megali Ammos. The covered terrace is not overlooked and the pool area has greenery to protect the privacy of the occupants of the villa.

Certainly many hours will be spent on the shaded front terrace with its comfortable outdoor furniture, sipping drinks in the evening or lounging with a good book during the heat of the day. The attractive, kidney shaped pool sits on the side of the house and has large terraces that meet with the vast front lawn ~ the perfect place for relaxing in absolute piece. Car hire ( a 4*4) is highly recommended, parking space available.
