Inside, an open-plan living and dining space flows toward the oceanfront, creating a bright, airy setting for family gatherings.
The Master Suite features a king bed with ensuite bath, while the guest room has two double beds and a private bath, making the unit ideal for up to six guests. Central air conditioning keeps both bedrooms and the living areas cool year-round. Daily housekeeping service ensures a relaxed stay, while the onsite concierge is available to arrange everything from airport transfers and grocery delivery to tours, spa services, and rental cars.
Half Moon Bay’s shoreline, with its mix of soft white sand and coral rock, offers excellent snorkeling just off the beach—water shoes are recommended for easy entry. Within walking distance you’ll find Yal Ku Lagoon, dive shops, restaurants, and Akumal Bay. The neighborhood is calm and secure, perfect for families and couples alike.
The condo is in a walkable community, but for exploring beyond Akumal, a rental car or private driver is recommended. Public transport is available on the highway, about two miles away. Playa Caribe’s reputation for service and comfort makes this property a favorite choice for repeat visitors to Akumal.
KINDLY NOTE: South winds may bring Sargasso Seaweed to some beaches throughout the Caribbean, including the Rivera Maya. While the situation is hard to predict for each specific week and area, we would like you to be aware as there is the potential to impact the beach and water entry.

CANCELLATION POLICY Cancellations are effective on the date written notice is received by email in our office. If a refund is applicable, the refund payment will be processed within 4-6 weeks of the cancellation notice and will be in the form of a US check or a refund to the credit card account.

Cancellation for any holiday reservation (Christmas, New Year's) will result in the forfeiture of 100% of the Total Rent. Some property owners will authorize rescheduling or credit towards a future stay. This strictly depends on the individual property owner and cannot be guaranteed without authorization from the said owner.
Your reservation may not be subject to refund in case of cancellation due to a Hurricane, natural disaster, or other "acts of god". We strongly suggest that you purchase travel insurance to protect your vacation investment.

This resort town in Quintana Roo wraps around the northern side of Akumal Bay, and it lies just south of Half Moon Bay. Akumal is famous for its diving and snorkeling hotspots. The warm waters are rich in marine life, guarded by coral reefs. Many dive spots offer a variety of sea life, from endangered green sea turtles to stingrays and barracudas. Half Moon bay has a large curved beach of white sand and snorkeling spots just off the beach, and the waters are welcoming to swimmers, kayakers, and paddle boarders.
