Summit 205A is roughly only .2 miles away from the beach - a super easy walk in a private resort, no major roads to cross. Guests love the 2nd floor convenience and is just a short stroll away from the white sand and emerald waters of Miramar Beach, FL's famous Tops’l Resort!
You will be right at ease in this clean and updated second-floor condo that shares the peaceful sights and sounds of nature from your private balcony! This unit is complete with a king size bed and a flat screen TV in the bedroom area. The bathroom features a double vanity, large garden tub, and a beautiful new walk-in shower.
