"ETW 3004 For Beach Views
We stayed in ETW 3004 for two weeks from early to mid-March. All descriptions of the accommodations are accurate, and we could not be more pleased.
The building is quite safe, and the views from the balcony (sunrises and sunsets) will have you out on the balcony when you're not out on the beach. Speaking of which, it's quite convenient to take a quick trip over the ramp to the beach and have chairs and umbrellas at your disposal.
All in all, we would recommend ETW 3004 for a stress-free vacation with a beach front view and all items required to be self-sufficient."

"Beautiful views/needs updating
This is the second time in 3 years my family has stayed in this condo. We absolutely love the views. The first time was just my husband and I, but we took our kids with us this time. The view of the ocean is breathtaking. The kitchen itself is stocked well with the necessities. The unit overall was good, but could definitely use some updating. My kids complained about the beds on the bunk beds each night. They said that they were super uncomfortable. The sleeper sofa was the same. The head of the sleeper sofa would not stay up, so they had to sleep at the opposite end. Thankfully they are only 10/11 so they were just short enough that this did not cause any problems. The left side of the double sink for the bathroom was not useable. The stopper had been broken previously so the water would not drain. The bathroom could also use some updating as the tub was stained from previous tenants. Overall, we will book another condo through the company again, just not this condo. "

"Amazing location
This condo is right on the beach!! The location is amazing
Loved the layout of the unit. We didn’t cook much but the kitchen was stocked with enough to do everything we needed. Balcony oncould use new chairs. They are starting to tear. I wouldn’t say it was hot in the unit but The air didn’t get as cool as I like. Unsure how well it would cool I mid summer when it’s really hot. Prior reviews left mixed statements about the mattress. It is a good mattress just firm. I prefer a softer mattress but we slept fine Overall I would recommend this unit with the slight hesitation of the air during mid summer

"Annual Beach Trip, first stay @ this condo
It was my granddaughter's first beach trip and she loved it. The condo was fine, it could be better with a few updates, but overall you can't beat the location & view! My only compliant was that the sofa bed was broken, there's no way you could sleep on it, so my daughter slept on the sofa as is. 4 stars for the sofa bed!"

"Great views
Rental was booked quite a long time in advance and we were notified twice that the elevator might be out. Management offered a full-refund if we needed to cancel based on that status (so that was good and they were overall very good/competent). Was bummed that the elevator was out as bringing items up and down couple of flights for older couple was tough. Location was best! Away from pier (over 2 miles via beach walk), so not crowded. Beach was pristine, as was water. Interior furnishings were little worn, but pretty clean. Ice-maker worked in fridge, as did blender, coffee pot, toaster, stove/oven, and microwave. internet worked great and tv was good. It was overall a great experience. "

"Beautiful beach
We checked out today around 9:00am I wanted take the time out and share a few things with you. The property was great loved the location where we were. Beach was beautiful as always. I only have one complaint and it was the sofa in our unit. It is a shame that it is still there. We couldn't sit on it because we would literally go all the way down. It is old and worn out and should be replaced. Thinking it would be ok to slepp on it was even worst. Hard and thin ad it could be. We went out and purchased a air mattress to sleep on. Other than that we had a fabulous time!"

"The view was amazing!
Perfect condo location for great views and private beach access. The booking agency was great to communicate with and made the process simple. The balcony to the room opens up to an unobstructed view of the ocean. The only negative was there are no curtains in the bedroom and we woke up at 5:30am every morning from my the sun coming in the windows. I’d rent with this company again and we loved this condo location but I wouldn’t rent the same units. We’ve stayed before in a different unit that was arranged differently and the bedroom wasn’t on the side where the sun comes up. "

"A place I could call home

"Couples Retreat and getaway
My husband and I stayed in this one bedroom one bathroom rental the week after Labor Day. We had a great time. This is a great location to escape the crowds of Destin. Sand is sugar white, water is emerald green and crystal clear for our stay. Complex was very quiet and a beautiful ocean view from our balcony. Beach access is easy from the back side of complex thru the parking lot. We would definitely come here again."

We were very pleased with the 1 bedroom condo. As a single mom, sticking to my buget was very important! This condo allowed me to provide a memorable vacation for my children. It was just as described. The cozy living room made for lasting memories and the balcony view was peaceful and relaxing. This condo sleeps 6 and still provides space for just hanging out. The condo was clean and well-maintained. We received friendly and curteous help from the management company during our stay. The App was very helpful during our stay. There are plenty of restaurants, stores and things to do within minutes of this property. I would definitely recommend this property to my friends and family! "

The condo is nice and the view is perfect. All of the furniture needs to be updated and all of the mattresses need to be replaced. We had to purchase air mattresses to get through the week. The fixture in the shower needs to be replaced, too. It looks like it has mold under the glass. I would recommend the property if that was addressed."

The best thing about the property is the view. Absolutely gorgeous! The downside is how poorly decorated the place is. The furnishings are VERY dated. The carpet is coarse and appears to be very old. Cheap, fake plants, 1980s furniture, dingy shower curtain and comforter set, $5 pillows - all of these were a turn off. It needs paint and/or nicer/more pictures on the wall. Even the cabinets need updating. I've stayed in many condos along the gulf and I disliked this one the most. I don't want to be ugly, but it really needs more attention for the price that's paid. Not worth $650 for two nights. "

The condo wasn't awful, but had room to improve. The kitchen was clean enough, but everything was old and noisy. The bathroom needed paint and corners cleaned. When we went to get the information the second day (we arrived after 5 pm)I expected to be greeted with a hello, or how are you, instead, what unit number. when ask about some payment choices she was rude and very unhelpful. Not a warm helpful experience that you would want to repeat. So I won't."

these condos were in the perfect place for us. its a quite beach off of the beaten path. the condo itself needs work done to it. forget the updating, fix the 15 lbs blinds so they dont fall on anyone else's head. i thought the staff should have been more concerned that a blind hit me in the face. a repair guy did come out and put a screw in it. not a very good fix if you ask me. also, would it kill you to hang some curtains in the bedroom. its very bright in the morning, which is great , unless you are trying to sleep in. o, also bring your own toilet paper , paper towels. they are not provided. not a good thing to find out when you run up stairs from a long trip. the bed is pretty hard, the furniture pretty stained, but the view can not be beat. i would stay at these condos again but not in this unit. next time i will bring a hard hat."

Location was terrific! Views of the ocean & convenience of beach access was great. The beach chairs & umbrella are a nice perk. This unit is very nicely decorated and comfortable. Pool is on the front side, so no noise on balcony from pool below as with most units on Okaloosa. Nice view to the gulf and beaches. Only complaint was new or upgraded cookware needed. Plenty of silverware, plates, bowls etc. But pots and pans are old outdated, scratched up Teflon. Overall a great unit and great stay"

We had the best vacation ever the staff at Brooks and Shorey were amazing we arrived a lot earlier than expected and were able to check in several hours ahead at not additional charge...Room was exactly like pictures provided online ..loved our gulf front view from our room and the extra amenities added even more fun to our trip Sea Blaster was the most amazing 2 hr ride .. My family will return to this location only thing we disliked was the "heated" pool wasn't so heated and was located I the front parking lot other than that we really enjoyed our stay didn't wanna leave!!"

The unit was just o.k. We like ETW but was not as pleased with this particular unit as others we have stayed in. The unit is dated and needs a major upgrade. Balcony furniture definately needs updating. Had some electrical problems but it was taken care of fairly quickly and maintenance was very professional. Very displeased with the 4:00 p.m. chick-in (rediculously late) and 10:00 a.m. check-out. For the prices you are charging, at least the check-in time could be more reasonable. "

The only problem I had with the room is the bedroom was to light at night. The shades need to block out the light coming through the window. Also the bed was really hard. I feel the matresses are one of the most important part of the furniture. Otherwise, everything was great as usual. That is why I keep using you guys because I know I can always get great rooms. "Needs Maintenance
It was obvious that the property owner has not put any money into this unit for quite a while. The sofa cushions had holes in them, the plugs in the bathrooms were basically just hanging in the wall. The mattresses on all beds were extremely uncomfortable and forget about sleeping late or even sleeping at all if light bothers you. There were no curtains in the bedroom and the lights at night made the room extremely bright and hard to sleep. And just forget about sleeping late because sun beat through every window. Come on, it's Florida, you need heavy drapes."

The condo is nice, and the beach is beautiful and quiet. It doesn't seem like the owner cares too much about the upkeep of the furniture, as the couch cushions were worn thin and the dirty chairs were covered with dirty-looking, hideous covers. The condo itself was clean. It seems like it is taken care of by a management company instead of one owner (the small touches that make a place seem like a home are missing, i.e. cheap decorations). For the view (standing in the kitchen, you have an amazing, floor to ceiling, wall-to-wall view of the ocean out of the patio window) and price, though, you probably couldn't do better. I would definitely stay here again."

The unit and condo are very nice, clean and functional, but definitely best suited for a family with 2 - 3 kids. The beach service was outstanding - very attentive, not pushy and nice equipment. The pool is small and oddly placed on the opposite side of the building from the beach, but still clean and enjoyable."

"We were not very pleased with the unit or the building. The furniture was very old and worn. the mattresses were not very conformtable. There were ants all over the kitchen. Overall, the unit and the property really needs to be updated.
On a positive note, we were very pleased with the mangagement. Whenever we had a complaint, management responded quickly and professionally. We may try to come back again and find a more updated property that has better overall amenities. "

The only dissappointment with this vacation was the large section of seaweed that seemed to coat only our section of the beach. We enjoyed the beach the first two days, and then the seaweed took over. We found other things to do the rest of the time. We shopped and went to the Navy Museum in Pensacola. Departure day the beach was clear. "
