The PTO Cottage is a gorgeous Rosemary Beach home sure to fulfill your highest expectations of the perfect beach vacation home!
Professionally decorated from floor to ceiling, this property boasts elegance and class. You’ll find a mix of colors and modern beach accents like driftwood, cork, and seashells throughout.

Once through the sitting room, you will find yourself in an open-concept kitchen and dining room with all Viking appliances and a gorgeous wood dining table with a high-back chair on one side, bench seating on the other, and two end chairs to complete the table. The living room is just past the stairs and is flooded with natural light from the many windows and another set of french doors leading to the side of the house and the boardwalk to the beach.

On the second level, you’ll find two master suites wonderfully decorated, each with a king bed and double vanity bathrooms. The laundry closet is just off the 2nd-floor landing. There is also a balcony that connects each master suite and the second-floor landing that provides some wonderful fresh air when the weather is cool.

Moving up to the third level, this loft-style room holds has a large couch, a flat-screen TV & full bathroom. Off each side of the loft TV room is a small ladder with twin parallel twin beds on one side and two twin beds in a hallway shaped like a "J". The kids will love these rooms, as they’ll be like their own little fort for their time at the beach.

The courtyard is fully furnished and provides access to the gas grill. Reserved parking for one vehicle will be provided with this home, as well as four complimentary YOLO bikes.

"PTO Cottage Stay
We had a nice time in Rosemary. It is our 8th summer to go to Rosemary. We stay at different houses each time. The PTO Cottage was a good location but not our favorite house. It seems to be run down with old worn out furniture. For example, the bench’s fabric in the kitchen has a hole in it and the back support pillow has seen better days. The kitchen appliances are also very worn. The oven numbers are all worn off and the toaster doesn’t really work. It was not a kitchen we wanted to cook in for sure. Then the water heater would not last long so only 1-2 of us would get hot water at a time. We had maintenance come by but it didn’t change anything. The 3rd floor cubby bedroom was very warm even with fans on. There’s also no outdoor area to hang out outside or a balcony to hang out on as a group. Just 2 chairs on second floor. Other houses in the area have that. The outside water fountain was broken our entire stay too. So all in all, this for sure was the worst house in Rosemary we’ve ever stayed in. It just needs to be renovated and new furniture and water heater. The rental company has many other better properties in the area and had zero issues with them."

"Wonderful Rosemary Stay
We enjoyed our stay at PTO Cottage! Family of 5, and the layout and location worked well for us. You could easily fit more kids upstairs on the lofted third floor. Easy strolls to the beach, pools, and ice cream/coffee shops on the north end of the town square. Directly across the street from the fitness center and very close to the racquet club as well.
We had one issue with the property that the management team very quickly fixed. They're great, and quick to respond and help when needed. "

"Awesome Stay
We've been coming to Rosemary Beach for the past 4 years and this is the first time we've stayed at the PTO Cottage, but won't be our last. The location is awesome. Obviously, the beach is the main attraction but our rental was right across from the gym and one of the pools. Plus, very short distance from the tennis courts. Also, I'll admit these pics don't do this property justice. We had to do a double-take when we walked in because we didn't necessarily think it was the same property (pics were great but the reality was better). The property mgmt team was very responsive to any questions we asked. I'd recommend to this anyone and everyone. "

"Wanted to love it, but did not...
Great location and nice house design - enjoyed the courtyard with the fountain. However, the house is in need of some TLC. Windows needed cleaning badly, the Roman shades need new pulleys to make them remain open, roller shades need updating to make them stay closed. Shades were very dusty. Bathroom issues - giant shower heads too forceful, toilet in powder did not work. This is not a new house and is starting to feel worn. For example - rug in master has unraveled greatly and it seems like a no brainer to just trim it. Third floor could use a few touches to make it more inviting. Smell of sunscreen palpable when entering house. Lights under cabinets did not work in kitchen, water filter in refrigerator needed changing and beeped at us every time we used the dispenser. None of these things are deal breakers (except the windows) but as a whole it’s a lot to contend with. If these items could be addressed - I would return or recommend to others - but based on our experience I will not return to this house. Management company was easy to work with and responsive to issues. It seems these are owner issues. "
