Welcome to Canary Castle by The Sea. This 5 Bedroom 5 Bathroom home has something for everyone in your group. On the first level, you will find 3 bedrooms. The first level is home to the enormous King Master Suite. It is also home to a Queen Master Bedroom, and a twin over full bunk with trundle bedroom. Each of these bedrooms have the convenience of their own en-suite baths. Take a trip upstairs and you’ll find the final two bedrooms on the second level. The second level is home to two Queen Bedrooms, both with Jack and Jill Full Baths for your convenience.

In the event of an emergency, Agent reserves the right at Agent’s discretion, to refund on a case-by-case basis only, part of any deposit, rent or fees paid, minus an administrative fee, upon notice of cancellation by Guest. Any deposit, rent or fees retained by Agent pursuant to this provision shall be agreed upon liquidated damages, consideration for the execution of this Rental Agreement and in full settlement of all claims.

"Nice stay
Very nice house in a beautiful development. Great pool and having access to community center with two pools, gym and recreation room was fantastic. Close to restaurants. Beach is not deep but it’s very nice still.
Management company was not very responsive to minor maintenance needs so be sure to both call and email if you need their help. "

"Good and bad
On the good side, the management company was excellent and the house amenities were great especially the pool. On the bad side, apparently boulders were buried on the beach to prevent erosion and last year the storms brought all the boulders to the surface. This caused an extremely difficult time getting in and out of the water with many of us getting bruised by the boulders. The outside porches should also have ceiling fans installed. Finally, although the house was generally clean the floors were not. Our feet turned black from walking on them. "

"Great time
Our family of 8 stayed here and had a fabulous time. We loved the location. Easy access to the beach and pools. We loved the aspect of a private pool we could enjoy at the end of the day. We all took turns exploring the neighborhoods by bike. The house was very clean and very nicely decorated. A great stay. We will be back. We love Cinnamon Beach. This was our 6th visit to the area. "

"Annual Cinnamon Beach Vacation
We had a wonderful time and enjoyed this house immensely. Everything in the home was clean and well maintained. The location was perfect. I’d say the pool and patio were our absolute favorite piece of the house. The only things we’d ask for are beach towels as we had to wash the few we brought daily. On the beds, the pillows are very worn and thin. They were uncomfortable and and the sheets on the beds were either old and lost elasticity or just didn’t fit as they came off immediately and would not stay on the bed. Other than that, it was wonderful and we’d be very happy to recommend it and stay again ourselves. "

"Getaway weekend
Beautiful property, pool area needed maintenance, oil on garage floor in multiple places, leak at range top with pan catching water, and floors were very dirty, our feet were very dirty from walking on them, and laundry room had really bad mildew odor. Some of the plumbing fixtures I shower were loose and coming away from the wall, rest of the home was nice and the property is beautiful, but for thousands of dollars to stay for just 3 nights, I expected better on cleanliness and condition on those items mentioned."

The location, house, pool, community, amenities are great. Feedback from those who were in this house: They would suggest to check up on any hired house cleaning services. 2 beds had sand in the sheets upon arrival. We suggest an inventory of household goods. Some item counts were off & found in the 2nd house next door. Suggestion to add a cream & sugar set for a house of 10. "

"Week Stay at Canary Castle
We stayed in Cinnamon Beach the year prior, at a house down the street, so we knew the location was great. This house, however, was not as well-appointed as the last one. The towels were thin, and the sheets in the master bedroom were pilly and felt like sandpaper. The master bed essentially had no linens other than sheets. We had to find a quilt in another room. At this price point we expect basic items-hand soap (DIAL bar was left on the counters), paper towels, dish towels, spices, tupperware. We did not have any of that. The railing on the third floor was loose, I will send that vid to the manager as someone needs to fix that asap. Overall, nice house but just the little things could really be improved."
