Maui Kamaole M-206 is once again available for rental after having undergone an extensive renovation in the summer of 2019. Virtually everything is new: appliances, cabinetry, granite countertops, tile and wood flooring, lighting, fixtures, luxurious bathrooms and much of the furniture. The owners have spared no expense in upgrades and luxury touches.

With 1,214 square feet of indoor living area and an additional 200 square feet of outdoor lanais, this is one of the largest units in the entire Maui Kamaole complex. The open concept floor plan with its large kitchen, living and dining room and adjacent huge lanai make this the ideal gathering spot for families and friends who may be renting multiple units.

The living area features a soaring vaulted ceiling, 55 inch flat screen TV with digital cable (Netflix ready), DVD player, and a music system. Also provided are high speed wireless internet and a landline telephone, offering free local and long-distance calling throughout the US and Canada.

Enjoy the spacious well-appointed kitchen, with new appliances and huge granite peninsula with seating. Whether you want to cook a gourmet meal, BBQ, entertain or just have a relaxing drink and pupus (appetizers), you will find everything you need. The expandable dining room table can seat 8-10 people with ease. Or enjoy dining on the lanai with multiple seating options.

There are two large ensuite bedrooms, separated for complete privacy, each with its own private lanai. Both bedrooms have king beds, large closets, and flat screen TVs with digital cable. The luxurious upstairs master bathroom features a huge countertop with double sinks and a walk in rain shower while the downstairs bathroom has a single sink and shower/bathtub. You can pack lightly knowing that there is a washer/dryer conveniently located in the main floor bathroom. For additional sleeping space, there is a new sofa bed/mattress in the living room and a queen size air bed if needed.

You’re in the tropics but you choose your indoor climate throughout the condo. Air conditioning is available in the living area and both bedrooms. Or open the windows, turn on the ceiling fans and enjoy the tropical breeze.

Ready for a day of outdoor fun at the beach or park? No hassle having to rent equipment as there are four Tommy Bahama beach chairs, a large beach umbrella, three coolers, snorkel equipment, and beach toys galore just waiting for you in the lanai storage closet. Large luxury beach towels are also provided.

No need to rush out for supplies upon arrival; the unit is generously stocked with paper towels, Kleenex, TP, garbage bags, hand/dish/dishwasher soap, laundry soap, shampoo/conditioner/lotion for several days’ use.

Traveling with children? A child booster seat for the dining table as well as a pack & play are provided.

The Maui Kamaole complex sits on 23 acres across the street from Kamaole III beach park. This condo is located on the second floor in the M Building, accessible by one flight of stairs. It is situated near the tennis courts, BBQ grills, close by one of the two pools/Jacuzzis and is a 1/3 mile drive or walk down to Kamaole III beach park. No worrying about parking spaces - there is one free dedicated parking spot for this unit and available visitor spaces close to the condo’s door. At Maui Kamaole, there are no daily resort fees that you’ll find at many other hotels and complexes on Maui.

60-day cancellation notice is required. A $100.00 cancellation fee will be collected
on all cancellations. If cancelled within 60 days of arrival, no refunds unless unit
is re-rented. For units rented 15 days or more, ½ of full balance due 6 months prior to arrival.
Christmas/New Year, no cancellations or refunds after October 1st.
Full payment due Oct. 1st.
