"Nice condo
Condo is well-located (no view.) Sofa bed was very uncomfortable, toilet ran and towel bar was falling off the wall but mid-trip it was repaired. We didn't spent much time in the unit so it was fine for the 3 of us. Could use some updating."

"Maui Banyan
Tolerable, but could have been (deep) cleaner and amenities were slim. Linens threadbare and with holes. Owner left lots of "stuff" so difficult to unpack. Carpet needed cleaning, one toilet needed attention, towel rack in second bathroom loose and kept coming off the wall. Person who cleaned the carpet left a brown bare-foot print on bathroom rug.
No means to easily access building after hours."

"Great overall condo and location
We enjoyed our stay at MB P-306, and we will definitely consider it for future trips. We found the proximity to beaches, grocery store, Maalea Harbor, Zippy’s :), local shopping, and the rest of the island to be very convenient. This was our fourth trip to the Hawaiian Islands — we are not experts, but we know what works."

"Visit to Paradise
Good location. Quiet area. Common areas clean and well maintained. Insuite laundry is great. rental price was reasonable. Condo is very dated. Off white carpet needs replacing - preferably with a tile floor. Kitchen Needs better cutlery, pots and pans, dishes. microwave was very difficult to open. Plumbing problems with both toilets and the bath tub. Screen door broken. Door lock needs updating. Furniture was old but functional. Bed was very comfortable.."

"Over-Priced, Disappointing
Negatives:
The ensuite toilet seat was broken and pinches your butt when you sit on it. The ensuite shower doesn't drain. There are stains all over the carpet. There are cracked plastic cups in the cupboard. Extremely over-priced for this extremely outdated unit. Faces the parking garage.
Positives
Bed is comfortable. Unit stays cool. Generally clean."

"Kihei
This was our first trip to kihei. We enjoyed it. It's a beautiful warm sunny place with many nice beaches. Our condo was right across the street from the beach. It is very close to a restaurant and a bar. Overall we had a great time and would definitely go back. "

"Very dirty carpets,inside cabinets, stove,inside burners,drawers,
This is by far the dirtiest place we have ever stayed,there was 2 1/2 inches of black around the carpets,and big staines through out, the dressers and kitchen drawers i had to clean before i used them , the last persons food was still under the burners, not at all the place we were expecting to stay and would not book that one again unless totally revamped and carpets removed, it was most discusting. good luck to whom ever owns this place."

"Not the Greatest Value!
Great location. On shady side of bldg which makes it cooler(good). No overhead fans.
We were renting two units. One on the view side and this one. This unit was more expensive but less desirable. Unit in need of some TLC. Definitely not sparkling clean...especially Master Tub. Bed extremely hard. At the end of our vacation we notified prop mgr of items needing attention (dryer is hopeless, vacuum didn't work, fridge freezer leaked, tub didn't drain well,shower head leaked, some lights needed replacing) so hopefully these items have been dealt with. We would stay there again if nothing else available. Why is this listing in VRBO when a mgmt co is doing the renting?"
