WaileaRentals presents a custom built and furnished executive vacation home in a quiet complex directly on Kamaole One beach in Kihei, Maui. A cozy 2 Bedroom, 2 Full Bath vacation home with high end appliances and luxury touches throughout. Kamaole One is an intimate beachfront complex of only 12 condominiums. The ocean views from both the lanai and living room are amazing. Known for its superb location right on the sugary sand of Kamaole One Beach, in South Kihei, Kamaole One is the perfect place for beach or ocean activities as well as for quiet relaxation and watching marine wildlife with your family and friends. Secluded from South Kihei Road, Kamaole One condominium is a hidden gem in a sleeper location away from the hustle and bustle of Kihei and yet close enough to everything so that you can walk if you want to. At Kamaole One beach, the waves are fun without being formidable; locals swim laps each morning; stand-Up boarders paddle across the water; some adventurers snorkel while others watch the Canoe Club practice in the oceangoing canoes. The sunsets are amazing, and each dawn as the sun rises over Haleakala, the sunlight reflects off of the Pacific ocean in for a great start to each day. Yet, if you must leave the property, you can walk to shops, activities, and restaurants nearby.
Each vacation home features two bedrooms and two baths; a private beachfront lanai and a secluded courtyard for each ground floor condominium. Every condominium has a sweeping ocean view including the islands of Molokini, Kaho'olawe, Lanai'i and the West Maui Mountains. This location provides unsurpassed whale watching in the Winter; turtle, dolphin, manta and spotted eagle rays have been seen in all seasons. As one of Maui's best kept secrets, Kamaole One #5 has many returning guests who come annually and often books as far out as 2 years in advance. Family-friendly and award winning restaurants, shopping and miles of ocean front beaches and snorkeling spots are within walking distance. Central Air Conditioning is standard as is digital cable TV, plus, Kamaole One #5 is distinguished by a complete high-level upgrade in every way possible from the Viking appliances to the tiled bathrooms to the top-of-the-line soft goods. "Amazing start to finish
We booked this last minute when our other rental was infested with bugs and not fit to stay in. Booking was so easy and they even rushed getting the condo ready so we could check in the same day we booked. The location is unreal! Close to everything and you can’t beat being able to walk out to the beach from your patio. Little details matter—like the garden hose right by the door to wash off sand and keep the condo sand free! The kitchen had everything we needed. It’s clean cozy and made our trip unforgettable. You have to keep the doors open to feel the ac in the rooms at night but we went at a time when everyone said they were experiencing hotter temps than they usually have. It even has a parking lot included although you are close to everything you didn’t even need a car unless you want to go explore around Maui. We walked to a rental place for a paddle board and snorkel gear and found no need to leave the condo! It was also nice that it was an end unit. Would book again in a heartbeat! "

"Best Location on the Island!!
This was our third stay at Kamaole One, unit 5 and hopefully not our last. We had a fantastic time with our 8 month old grandson and our son and daughter-in-law for the first week. The location of the lanai made it an ideal place to sit with the baby yet still feel a part of the beach scene—best sunset views from the lanai! The unit had everything we could want or need: boogie boards, chairs, umbrellas (plural), sand toys, towels, cooler, and snorkeling equipment. The well equipped kitchen complete with electric bbq, rice cooker and blenders (plural) meant that we could easily cook every meal in condo. We were surprised to find incidentals like cooking spices, salt/pepper, and sandwich condiments left for us by other renters. Our king bed was very comfortable once we extricated our unwelcome guest, a rather large centipede! The host did respond with an exterminator rather quickly. Apparently centipedes are common on the island. The second week, we had our elderly mother and brother stay with us in the second bedroom (equipped with 2 twin beds). Both rooms have a shared outdoor lanai that’s great for sitting/meditation/reading and drying out our wet swimsuits! Our 80 year old mother absolutely loved the shady lanai since she has a skin condition that keeps her out of the sun. All in all another ideal vacation made better by your wonderful property right on the beach at Kamaole I. Mahalo!"

"Kamaole One #5- Steps Away from Paradise
Our family of 4 stayed at Kamaole One #5 for 7 nights on our first visit to Maui in October 2018. The unit was simply gorgeous, well appointed and the location perfect--just steps away from the Kamaole One beach. Some key highlights of the unit- it is a ground floor end unit so we could walk out the back patio straight onto the beach--very convenient to pop back and forth from the unit and back to the beach, the kitchen and bathrooms were modern and extremely clean (stainless steel appliances, well stocked kitchen items), multiple shower heads and a seat in the master bath and there was a small, serene private back patio accessible by both bedrooms. We also loved all of the Asian/Pacific island decor/details of the unit which heightened the Hawaiian experience. All in all we were very impressed with both the condo and Wailea Vacation rentals who were very responsive to my emails/questions prior, during and after my trip. We hope to be back next year."

"Our Maui Vacation
The process was very easy. The condo was exactly as described and pictured. The location in South Maui made other parts easy to access. Walking out to the beach from the condo was fantastic access to the water. Renting a condo in a building with only 12 units also gave it a home like feeling. We had a wonderful experience and a great vacation."

The location of this condo is only a few steps from the beach and in a perfect location. Everything was great during our stay. This was our second time at this building and our first time at Kamaole #5. We were very impressed with how the unit was cared for. I usually Lysol wipe places down but this was one that I felt I did not need to. It was spotless! There wasn't anything we needed that wasn't there. The furnishings were also very impressive. Everything is very well maintained and cared for. The next time we visit Maui this condo will be first on our list. The beach is beautiful and not crowded. We watched some amazing sunsets sitting on the beach. There isn't much snorkeling at this location but we did try and the day we did we had three turtles swim by which was pretty cool.

We had a great family vacation and make some wonderful memories here. It truly is Paradise!"

"Kamole One 5
Great location and very responsive management company. They took over recently and are fixing the issues with appliances that are aging. Once that is all taken care of, there won’t be any hesitation in recommending #5. One of the nice features of this unit is the enclosed garden space accessible through the bedrooms. "
