"Great place to stay
This is a great place to stay. The condo has been recently updated with new furniture. Everything was fresh and clean. The kitchen is stocked with enough pots and pans to easily cook a meal. It would have been nice if there were some cleaning products to clean the counters with. There was only 1 kitchen towel and one washcloth so you might want to take some from home. The porch was narrow but 4 people could easily sit and watch the waves. The beach was not overly crowded which was nice. The only downside is that there is no where to store your beach toys and chairs. You have to carry them through the condo to the porch which means there is sand and water all over. We will stay here again in the future. "

"Great Location, Needed a Little Work
The location is great and we had a pleasant stay. We spent most of the time on the beach. There were a couple of issues with the property that could definitely be approved upon.
1. The electrical - It was pretty concerning when I plugged my laptop in multiple outlets to hear electricity crackling inside the walls.
2. There was mold all over the showerheads - soaking in vinegar with a quick scrub is a quick easy solution.
3. The master bed is not comfortable."

"Much more than I ever expected!!
This place is great! Just a few feet from the beach. Everything is updated - furniture, kitchen, etc. Kitchen is furnished with Pioneer Woman bowls, plates, etc. It was very clean when we arrived. Plenty of room for 4 adults or a family with children. The only bad thing I could say about it is it's on the 2nd floor. Those 23 steps can be tough on older folks. Otherwise, it is a great place to stay!! Plus, in early May, not a lot of people around you on the beach. Mostly families."

"Right on the beach
Loved the location on the beach. Not crowded at all. Condo was very clean! Seems like they are making upgrades like new floors and there was a note saying a new fridge was ordered, although the fridge was perfectly fine. Couches could be upgraded but we will probably be back!"

"Decent
Exterior of the unit is a little run down. Interior is ok. Some stuff updated, some not. Patio furniture is rusty and carpet covering deck was kind of nasty. Kitchen lights were out when we arrived and took several emails and 2 days to get fixed. Kitchen missing some basic stuff such as a large stock pot. "

"Can't beat the location right on the beach!
Can't beat the location. Low rise building with few units so no elevators which is a plus. Nice quiet location, beach not crowded so lots of personal space. Building is older but nicely maintained. If you are looking for a clean can't be beat location this is for you. If you want a modern building with new bright shiny fixtures and furnishing I would pass on this one."

"PERFECT LOCATION!
We loved our stay in D-2! The location/view can't be beat! We parked our car when we arrived on a Monday and didn't get back in the car until we left 5 days later! We hit a fish market and Publix on the way in and never left! There is a lot that could be improved (worn out carpet, dripping shower, broken screen door) but you forget all about those things when you are looking out at the ocean from the balcony. The wi-fi didn't work when we were there and the property manager tried to get it fixed but we declined having to wait on a repair man and just used our hotspot. We have already booked another stay and can't wait to go back!"

"Great Place
Great location. Great view on the beach. Condo was clean and comfortable. Management staff was very polite and professional. I would stay here again. I only wish they had more parking. We had 2 vehicles and only one spot to use so we had to park in an overnight parking lot owned by the city. That vehicle ended up being o.k. for the week. Just keep that in mind when renting here. "

"Wonderful! Cant complain when the sliding glass door is all that
Seperates you from the ocean and white sand beach! I will say (though personally I had no issues with parking for the duration of my stay) I suspect the owner members of this small complex do all suffer from TPSD. Tramatic Parking Stress Disorder and that real time disputes are played out with ones (oblivious to it all) guests, there picnicing in the middle. Someone complains another is taking up to much parking, management begins to call around and identify the culprit, armed with the knowledge that- no, it is not guest in 2D’s truck- what, management then inquires of 1D? Saying what? 2D said it is not theirs where by giving 1D the impression that 2D is the one doing the complaining WAIT FOR IT WAIT FOR IT.... A short time later 2D recieves 2nd call from management and is just, Truely Flabergasted as management begins to rattle off a long list of 1D’s complaints against them. From Chair stealing and harrassing doorbell ringing and confrontations... WHAT THE WHAT?! Where was I for all this?! I believe management unwittingly set off a chain of events. I believe a dispute between owners results in the needle nose pliers being applied to -each one the others- guests fingernails. Other than that... ������"

"Another wonderful stay at Sands of Laguna D2
Once again, we had the best time at SOL D2, this time it was just my husband and me! Per usual, it was just as described/pictured and it was spotless! I have no idea how there is never so much as a grain of sand inside!?! Everything was in perfect working order. You are literally steps from the beach, and it's a quiet and less populated beach. We didn't have any problems, but the customer service/communication during the reservation was excellent. We can't wait to go back!"

"Nice condo in quiet beach location
We stayed here for a week of R&R and it was a fantastic location. The beach is quiet and beautiful, with easy access super close to the unit. The neighborhood is close to several good seafood restaurants and there is easy access to Panama City Beach for entertainment. I'd never stayed in Laguna before but will definitely add it to my list of favored beaches. Lovely spot for a getaway! "

"2019 Family Vacation

"Perfect for the kids.
The convenience of being right on the beach and out of the heavier traffic area of PCB was perfect for our family. Our children were able to enjoy the beach without the hassle of a long walk carrying gear. The unit was comfortable and well equipped for a relaxing stay. "

"Upstairs unit
Overall, our stay at Laguna Beach was great. The unit was located on the second floor. We did to not get a response from the rental agent prior to booking this unit and still have not received a response related to questions asked regarding wheelchair and/or disabled access. If we had known it was upstairs, we would not have booked this unit. My mother had to pick and choose if/when she left as she knew she would have to climb the stairs upon return. Overall condition of the unit was fine, carpet was worn and the carpet strip showing and sharp as my sister found. Parking would be a problem during peak summer, only one parking space for each unit so, sleeping 8 would be a problem for those who have to travel in separate cars. One roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, one roll of paper towels and one trash bag for 6 days stay, so bring your own. "

"Amazing views
This condo was right on the beach so it was perfect. You can sit on the balcony and listen to the waves all day and night. The condo was clean and perfect for our stay. It was close to some very good restaurants but far enough away from the high rises so that the beach in front was not crowded. We will be back. "

"Fantastic view!
I really enjoyed staying at this property. My fiancee and I rented it for our beach wedding, which we had on the beach roght in front of the property, which made it so easy! The view from the back deck was to die for! I gave the cleanliness a 4 due to the amount of dust that was on the furnace closet door, but that's an easy fix. The Glad at See Ya at the Beach! were very helpful during the reservatiom process and let us know when the propwrty was ready for us! I would definitely stay here again and I would recommend it to anyone who loves a perfect view of turquoise water with their morning coffee!"

Not enough parking ! We were allowed 1 car for a unit that sleeps 8 .the unit was clean and cozy needed a few up grades but over all nice the property manager was amazing his name was Todd . We will not be staying there again due to the parking restrictions "

"What A View!!!
This condo is right on the beach!!!! Fantastic view! Far enough away from the city to where our beach wasn't crowded, but close enough to PCB that we went daily to eat and shop. Very clean, spacious and we had a family of 5. Only thing slightly negative was their was only 1 trash bag and 1 roll of tp in each bathroom. We have 4 girls in our group so we had to buy more. But that was a small price to pay for our fantastic stay. Highly recommend this condo!"
