Island Surf is located in the heart of Kihei, across the street from Kalama Park (known for its gorgeous sunsets) which features a beach, bicycle/walking paths, volleyball, tennis courts, picnic areas, roller skating, basketball and more. Neighboring Cove Beach Park, a large surf, canoe, and paddle board hotspot offers surf and paddle board lessons, swimming, and a surf school. Enjoy viewing the majestic whales breaching (in season), sea turtles, and dolphins right off shore! Next door within a very short walking distance of Island Surf you will find Kalama Village shopping, restaurants, nightlife, and activity shops. The Island Surf building itself has several restaurants and stores, a spa, salon, free parking, bicycle rentals, a pool, sundeck, and BBQ grills on the 2nd floor. Maui Bus stop is located right out front. Island Surf is a short 3-mile drive from the golf courses, upscale shopping, dining, and tennis courts of Wailea Resorts.
Same day bookings (meaning arrival is within 24 hours of making the reservation) or a 2 night stay requires a phone call to Rentals Maui for confirmation.
Island Surf #601A is a studio, 1 bath unit on the 6th floor. Haleakala mountain view (spectacular sunrise from window). This studio features air conditioning, cable TV, a microwave, mini fridge, Keurig/K Cups, and free Wifi. Telephone service include long distance calling to the US and its territories, Canada, Europe, China, Mexico, Hong Kong, and India. There is a Memory Foam California King bed, coffee mugs, dishes, silverware, a safe, iron and ironing board. The entire unit consists of a bedroom and private full bath (no kitchen or living room). For outdoor activities, #601A is supplied with beach chairs, beach towels, beach mats, a beach bag, and a cooler. Safety of our guests is important, and this condo features a deadbolt lock, a smoke detector, a fire extinguisher, and exterior lighting. A $200 refundable security deposit is required for this unit. Sleeps 2.

"Everything was clean and comfortable- really good price. Walking distance to everything in area, beach, park, surfing, food and drinks. We stocked up the fridge with our own stuff to save money- it was a big fridge! The pool was nice to use after day at beach... used the BBQ grills to make a couple dinners. The beach supplies were a big plus had everything we needed. plenty of USB charging areas. would stay here again for sure."
