Bayhouse Condo is your new Rockport Escape! Spacious, beachy, and full of natural light, this three bedroom, three bathroom condo has everything you need for your next getaway. On the main floor you'll find an open living, kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook up a meal or whip up a batch of margaritas. There is a beautiful, huge granite countertop that doubles as a dining area with seating for six. You can access the side patio from the kitchen, which makes grilling on the propane grill very convenient. The living room has an oversized sofa, loveseat, recliner combination and provides comfy seating for six. The roomy master bedroom is also downstairs and has a king bed. The master bathroom is just off the master and does double duty as a guest bathroom. Upstairs, the second bedroom has a queen bed and and a twin bed. Pass through the Jack and Jill bathrooms and shower and you'll enter the third bedroom. Here there are two twin beds and access to the balcony with bird's eye views of the canal. Also upstairs is the laundry closet with a full size washer and dryer for your convenience. Back downstairs, you have access to a side patio as well as the huge main patio. Watch the sunrise with your morning coffee. Sip on a cool beverage and enjoy the evening breeze while grilling the day's catch. Dine Al Fresco on the water.
