All new flooring, updated full size bath, new solid quartz kitchen with upgraded cabinetry. New range and refrigerator. New furnishings throughout. Screened patio area with television. Free high speed internet and HD television. Please note there is no phone in Madeira Beach Yacht Club 165A.

You will be required to sign a rental agreement with (Property Management) prior to a reservation being confirmed.

Additional amenities include a clubhouse, fitness center, 2 pool tables, his and hers dry saunas, shower/dressing room, and hot tub. Fully stocked kitchen with all dishes, utensils and pots and pans. Washer and dryer in kitchen.

By far the best deal on a one bedroom condo in Madeira Beach. Multiple fishing docks, adjacent to city park. Easy walk to supermarket, drug store, restaurants and bars. Property is just a short walk to the beautiful Gulf beaches.

This condo association requires the formality of application for approval at least 14 days prior to arrival along with a $100 fee for every booking. This fee is non-refundable. Applications not completed by guest and returned to us within 4 days of booking, will result in the booking being cancelled. You will be required to complete this paperwork prior to confirmation of booking. This fee is included in your AirBnB pricing.

Approximately 2 miles north of John's Pass Village! The village is a quaint turn-of-the-century fishing village and Pinellas County's #1 tourist attraction. The Village has over one hundred unique shops, a variety of restaurants, the local fishing fleet, dolphin watching and shelling tours, boat rentals, parasailing and jet skiing. Best of all as a SunHost customer you can walk to this great entertainment destination.

When staying in a SunHost unit you will also have access to 7 day a week office staff, office services (fax, copy, print boarding passes etc.) We also have maintenance available 7 days a week if you experience any issues at the property and an after hours emergency on call person.

Madeira Beach is a sought after community, just west of St. Petersburg. It's 2.5 mile beach is popular with sun lovers and offers some of the best fishing in the area. Thereafter, there are no refunds in the unfortunate event of a cancellation prior to the Rental Period. Changes to reservations will be accommodated based on availability. Refunds are not given for unmet expectations, weather, natural disaster, evacuation, personal, or other related reasons. The Management Company reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.

Stayed in this unit 2/-2/17/24. Unitmay be considered a bit small and tight but provides everything two people will need; kitchen is well equiped. TV opeation takes a bit of getting used, not your typical single use Spectrum remotes. Have to use two remotes for each TV (one TV, second for box...secret is leave box on all the time). TV in bedroom operates via Roko. Parking is close to unit. Location in Yacht Club compound is walking distance to Winn-Dixie, Dollar Tree, and CVS. Beach is 5 minute walk, beach chairs provided in lanai. Pier is right behind unit. This unit does not have a designated barbecue grill, as many other units do. Check in and out iaat Sunhost office across from John's Pass 1 1/2 mile south. We'd rent this unit again."

The experience was excellent. From check-in to departure. The unit was clean and very comfortable. Location was perfect. Very short walk to the beach, stores, and restaurants. It was perfect! Love the tables and chairs and the pier which is just steps out the door. Added space with the enclosed porch is great. It was a great place and will be back!"

The office staff at the yacht club was very rude and not very helpful when we asked them to look in the locked box for the fab that the previous renters put in, we also ran out of dishwasher detergent they did not have any to give us. We were not given the correct gate code on the first day we got in and had to jump the gate to get in, the emergency phone # did not help us, they didn’t believe me when I told them that the code didn’t work and it wasn’t until the maintenance man told them that the code didn’t work that the believed me and finally gave me a new code "

We really enjoyed our stay however we thought we where on the canal water front. We where located on the back side parking lot.
The location of the condo was perfect . The rooms could use a fresh coat of paint. Other then that it was nice"

Although the property was in a great location, the property itself was not so great. Dropped something on the floor and saw under beds. Ended up pulling all furniture to sweep, windows and sills very dirty. Beat up kitchen, clogged kitchen drain due to disposal being disconnected, not a sharp knife in the drawer. We were there for 2 months and expected better home catering services. Location was perfect. Close to all amenities. Pool was warm and we enjoyed it very much."

Bed is old with aamattress mattress topper. Property is not ADA friendly. Gate code was changed day before we left. No key given to us to exit pedestrian gate. Definitely recommended."

"Location location location
This condo offered everything you could ask for. The unit was updated and cozy. There was plenty of seating and living space for a smaller unit. The kitchen was well stocked and the bed was comfy. The location was perfect - close to the beach, restaurants, CVS, and a grocery store. It was great to be able to walk everywhere. The pool was perfect as well, and not too crowded. There was also a nice walking path around the harbor. We’ve stayed along this stretch several times and this was one of our favorite places. Would definitely book again!"
