As you make your way upstairs you'll find a 2nd living/loft area that is great space for the kids to play while the adults make the most our of their time downstairs. The loft have a full size futon for two guest to sleep on as well. The second level also has a bedroom with a queen size bed and a third bedroom with a twin over full bunk bed and twin size trundle bed. There's a second nicely update bathroom upstairs as well.

CANCELLATION POLICY: 25% of the total reservation balance is due when the reservation is made. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival unless staying 2+ months then the first month's balance plus fees and taxes is due 30 days prior to arrival. Each additional month’s rent is due 30 days before the 1st of that month (i.e. March’s rent is due February 1st). Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to check-in will result in a $50 administrative fee that will be deducted from the original 25% payment. The remainder will be refunded to the guest by the same form of payment in which it was made. Cancellations made 30 days or less prior to check-in will result in full forfeiture of the payments made. We recommend that any guest staying up to 180 days purchase CSA Travel Protection. There are no refunds for early departures.
