Pathway to the sea is a stunning complex that sits beach side and offers some of the best beach views you’ll find anywhere on North Padre Island. When you get ready to hit the beach, you’ll enjoy the convenience with your very own private pathway leading to the soft sands of our Texas beaches. This beautiful beach side complex also has an amazing pool, with a pavilion, grills, a bath house and plenty of lounge chairs.
This family friendly complex is steps off the beach but close enough to the action to give you easy access to everything the island has to offer.

This beautiful luxury condo, was designed for families who want the comfort and conveniences of home all while enjoying the unique experiences and great fun of a beach vacation. This beautiful 2BR condo features 996 square feet of indoor and outdoor space. The open concept living room, dining room and kitchen are ideal for gathering with loved ones for a home cooked meal or watching the big game. Just off the living area is the private balcony with an excellent view of the water!
In the master bedroom you'll find a comfy king size bed while the guest bedroom features a queen and a twin size bed. Two additional guests can sleep on the queen size sleeper sofa and one more can sleep on the twin size fold out as well.

Linens for every bed and bath towels for every guest are provided. A two night minimum stay is required. Contracting guests of Padre Escapes must be 25 years of age or older. The guest must have a State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID. PETS NOT ALLOWED

CANCELLATION POLICY: 25% of the total reservation balance is due when the reservation is made. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival unless staying 2+ months then the first month's balance plus fees and taxes is due 30 days prior to arrival. Each additional month’s rent is due 30 days before the 1st of that month (i.e. March’s rent is due February 1st). Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to check-in will result in a $50 administrative fee that will be deducted from the original 25% payment. The remainder will be refunded to the guest by the same form of payment in which it was made. Cancellations made 30 days or less prior to check-in will result in full forfeiture of the payments made. We recommend that any guest staying up to 180 days purchase CSA Travel Protection. There are no refunds for early departures.

"So, so!!!
We were in Unit #203 at the Pathways to the Sea. Upon arrival, we thought the unit was clean. The decor was bright and welcoming. However, it quickly became apparent that the ceiling fans had not been cleaned in "ages". They were loaded with dust. Also, under the furniture (beds, chest, etc) were dusty, as well. Candy wrappers were under the master bed from prior guest. For the $140 cleaning fee, you would expect a little more. It seems the departing guest have to do more of the work than the cleaning person. The departing guest are ask to: lock all windows/doors, start the dishwasher, start the laundry, bag all trash and set thermostat to 78. Mind you, we only had one package of laundry detergent, so we had to go purchase laundry detergent in order to wash towels/sheets/throw blankets before departing the unit. (I might add, Taylor at the Property Management Firm was very kind and most helpful/accomodating when making our reservation. Question below does not give an opportunity to respond about the Property Management Firm - other than a yes/no, so I want to add it here.) "

"Disappointed stay
Our stay was disappointing. The condo itself was nice but beds were very uncomfortable. We booked this property based on the pool for our grand baby to which was closed the entire time of our vacation stay. The one positive is we were refunded 20% of our stay. I will recommend this property. It was clean and comfortable other than the beds. "

"Awesome Condo
We had a great time at Pathway to the Sea #203! The Condo was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. It has everything we needed for a 10 day stay. It was a short walk to the beach and you could see the ocean from the balcony.
Padre Escape was very easy to work with.
We can't wait to come back!!"
