Tropical treat is a second-floor studio condo located in the Beach Club condominium complex just off the beach. You can take a nice walk down to the beach or hang out in the wonderful pool that is available to all guests. Want to really relax? Then hop in the hot tub or kick your feet up under the huge gazebo. If you like to get a workout in while you are on vacation, then swing by the nice size fitness center then hop in the sauna. The complex also offers WiFi in the business center, pool and gazebo areas or you can hop online with free WIFI available in the unit. There are also bar-b-q pits, tables, and umbrellas, as well as a fishing pond with a deck and covered picnic tables.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
-(Property Management) promises to launder every comforter, every sheet, every TIME!
-After every stay we replace all towels & linens (including the comforter, which most people don’t do) with clean towels & linens from our 5500sf laundry facility where they are washed in temps of at least 60sC/140sF, exceeding CDC recommendations.
CLEANING AND INSPECTION
-We use disinfecting products that meet or exceed CDC performance standards.
-Every property is stocked with bath towels & washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property along with one hand towel per bathroom.
-These complimentary amenities are provided in the property as a convenience until you can go shopping: hand/bath soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and a sponge.
-We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your family’s arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICY: We require 25% down at the time the reservation is made. Reservations cancelled 14 days or more prior to arrival will receive a full refund minus a $50 cancellation fee and tax. Cancellations made 14 days or less prior to check-in will result in full forfeiture of payments made. Applicable refunds will only be issued to the guest by the same form in which it was made, even if a credit card has since expired or canceled. The above applies to moving dates or switching units as well. We recommend that the guest purchase CSA Travel Protection. There are no refunds for early departures or late arrivals. If a guest does not show up for their stay the total amount paid is non-refundable.
